I’ve had the database for 4 years

I’ve had the database for 4 years . Before access group bought vincere this would be a 5 star review for every category.
It’s gone from excellent to very bad .

The database is excellent for my personal needs.

The customer service though now is horrendous. Regular price increases, incorrect billing and to try and rectify issues is VERY time consuming

Great support

I’ve been a client of Vincere CRM for years AND…

I’ve been a client of Vincere CRM for several years, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

The level of client aftercare is very poor. There seems to be little to no effort made to understand a client’s evolving business situation or to offer any flexibility when circumstances change. Despite a long-term relationship, I was met with rigid processes and a lack of empathy when discussing adjustments to my subscription.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication regarding contract renewal. Not being proactively informed or updated about such a critical aspect of the partnership is simply unacceptable for a company operating in this space.

Overall, the experience feels transactional rather than customer-centric. After years as a loyal client, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism.

I would not recommend Vincere CRM based on this experience.

It is so frustrating to get in contact…unexpected charges on the ccard

It is so frustrating to get in contact with them, only AI agent. They keep your ccard on file and charge without any further notice. Previous customer service people are not replying to your enquiry. After 3 months of back and force emails, & a threat that if I dont sign a new contract with them, they will not make the changes, then 2 months later they charged my card uneexpectedly without any notice for some extra service, which I did not order. My last email was to their customer service IN Vietnam on Febr 26, which Im still waiting a reply.......

Misleading Geo-Search & No Accountability

Where to begin...!
We signed up to Vincere expecting accurate radius and distance search — a basic requirement for a recruitment CRM, surely!

In reality, the system calculates straight-line (“as the crow flies”) distance, not actual road travel distance. This produces completely misleading results. In one case, a candidate was shown as less than 50 miles away from the client when the real driving distance was over 167 miles (the straight line crossed open sea).

This makes shortlisting unreliable and forces us to manually verify distances using external maps — a significant and ongoing operational burden.

What’s most concerning is that Vincere’s own website states their geo-locate feature does not rely on straight-line distances and helps identify “truly practical matches.” That has not been our experience.

When we raised this formally and requested early termination, we were told the system is “working as designed” and our many requests have been refused. We have been left no other option than to seek legal advice.

My advice - proceed with caution — if you need a CRM that relies on accurate candidate/client distance match then DO NOT sign up to Vincere.
This is just one issue. There are many, but I need to save my time for Google map searches to make sure I don't offer candidates work in Timbuctoo!

We’d like to clarify how Geo-Tagging and Radius Search within Vincere are designed to function. The feature calculates distance based on a straight-line (“as the crow flies”) method between two points. It does not calculate road travel distance or routing via transport networks.

This approach is intentional and widely used across our customer base. We support thousands of customers who use this functionality effectively as part of their workflow, and the feature has been shaped and refined based on strong customer feedback over time. However, we understand that this may not meet every specific requirement or use case.

For scenarios where precise road distance or travel time is required, external mapping tools such as Google Maps remain the appropriate solution.

We have reviewed your account and all related transactions, and our team is in touch directly to work towards a resolution.

The CRM is OK at best, service is abysmal

The CRM is OK at best. They bill you random bills without notice and there is no way to speak to anyone. It's the worst customer service on the planet!!!

So they added an extra service without my agreement! I have never in my professional life been charge for something that I haven't asked for. When I eventually got through to someone via the chat function, her response was that the marketing team emailed me about it. I then explained to her that, that doesn't constitute me agreeing to pay for extra services and then she told me to go back to the chat function and start over again!

I will cancel my subscription and advise everyone else to do so. Is it even legal to charge extra services to your card without your agreement? They said that as I didn't read the emails and opt out that I was charged. Utterly appalling company.

Great experience as always

Martha was amazing as always. I contacted Martha with an issue on my side that had prevented me from being able to contact a certain talent pool. (Turns out I made the mistake of making the group private under another colleagues name instead of me, which is why it was hidden). Martha was patient with me and resolved this issues within minutes and I was back to working like nothing happened. Thank you as always!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.
I have now twice in the past month had add-ons to my subscription without my approval and then had to spend hours chasing the company to remove these.
The so called Account Managers are awful and don't respond to emails.
I had used Vincere for 7 years and had a good experience up to this point but the total disrespect and terrible customer service is unforgivable.

Over charging and no customer support

Currently trying to find out why we are suddenly being charged more. There is no one to talk to apart from A!, you get asked the same questions repeatedly, and no effort has been made to get back to me.
Its a pity as Vincere is an ok product, but the after sales is very poor and it now feels like a business that is charging as much as it can with zero customer service or support.

I have been a customer for 3 years

I have been a customer for 3 years, and I pay a monthly fee for a "success plan". However, when I reach out to customer success I never get a response. They are also super expensive for what you really get, a basic ATS.

After sales service

Their after sales service is bad. I've been following up on our API key for an integration and it's still not sent! It's already a month and a half already and we're still waiting and no avail. Very bad experience.

One of the worst decisions Ive made in business

TLDR: missing a lot of standard functionality of a recruitment CRM, just leads to huge frustration and wasted time.

We were sold a product that apparently did everything our existing CRM did and more.
What we received is a piece of software that:

significantly resticts mailshot capability
does not allow editing of email templates and wildcard use
cannot remove certain contacts/clients
zero flexibility in candidate submission or tracking
cannot differentiate between clients we call regularly and staff that have left the company
records email and telephone calls in different locations so impossible to search

We proved we were missold some features but Vincere could not care less and forced us to abandon using the software within 6 months and purchase another CRM.

Vincere would not offer any refund whatsoever and continue to charge us for modules that were never installed or activated.

Terrible software, dishonest sales and support that arent interested in resolving your issues - "we've got your money, now go away" sums it up.
