Engineered for Call Center Success
The Vinix call center solutions is a product engineered to be efficient, cost effective and easily scalable. I have used Vinix for over 7 years now and I would recommend this software to any large or small business with the need to grow a great customer support division that compliments a high driven sales team. The software works seamlessly on any desktop and has user and administrator tools that allow for tracking, transparency and collaboration.
