Viper Developments Ltd Avis

We recently completed a single-storey house extension with an en-suite, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. A huge thank you to James for their incredible work throughout the entire project.

From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, hardworking, and always kept us updated every step of the way. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and the finished extension and en-suite exceeded all our expectations.

James made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, always happy to answer questions and offer advice when needed. It’s clear they take real pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final result.

Our home has been completely transformed, and we’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family. We would highly recommend James and Jake to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled, and genuine builders.

Thank you both again for doing such an amazing job — we absolutely love it!

James and Viper Developments were absolutely fantastic. Arrived early every day, kept everywhere clean and tidy and finished the work to a fantastic standard. Will definitely be using again if we need more work doing.

Viper Developments really came through for me when I'd spent the last 9 months being let down by other companies to complete a job. James and his colleague Ryan were excellent at keeping in touch with me and letting me know when they were coming round so I didn't have to worry about no shows. The work was completed to an excellent standard and I fully trusted them throughout the process. I finally have working plumbing and I can't believe it was so simple in the end! It just goes to show that when you find the right people it doesn't have to be a big headache getting a problem fixed.

Viper Developments recently completed a renovation of our utility room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

James was incredibly hands-on and always contactable throughout the project. It was reassuring to know we could reach him easily with any questions, and he consistently kept us in the loop with updates and progress.

The quality of the work is excellent, and the space has been completely transformed. I’d absolutely recommend Viper Developments to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality renovation work. Thanks again to James and the team!

Fantastic service thanks for your help

We're delighted with the porch that James and his team built for us. We found him to be accommodating, professional and attentive. He kept us informed throughout the process, and left the site tidy. Would happily recommend Viper Developments.

James and his team at Viper Developments were friendly, professional and very hard working. James knocked through two rooms for us, stripped back the walls (Internal and external) and prepped and fitted the steelwork in our pre-1900 stone property, which was not an easy task. We were really impressed with James and his team and would highly recommend.

James is a very polite and professional builder. He project manages jobs and gets the right people in. He was very accomodating and understood what we tried to achieve when taking down our old porch and rebuilding it with a high quality porch extension. He was approachable and very fast in his responses and put our minds to ease.
He sourced the right material and we are very happy with the final result.
Having done various building works with other companies in the past, I highly recommend James.
