I bought a cheesecloth set from the live, amongst so many other items in the last few weeks. But this one had a huge rip in the trousers, when I contacted customer services they told me because the rip wasn't along the seam it was done to strain on the fabric.... this item was worn once for about 2 hours, lightly, I was just 'lounging' in it, and i didn't do anything to cause damage. I have had to escalate with PayPal as this is awful customer service. I've now discovered I've been blocked on tiktok from virgo. This is not the solution girls, how can you treat loyal customers like this? I was the one who alerted lucy last week to the postage £15 issue. Thanks for showing me who you guys really are, in it for cold hard money, no cares as to where it comes from. Enjoy my money - update, PayPal have successfully refunded my money and the issue has been passed on the trading standards.
