Great company…

Great company to deal with the bedding is good quality.
I had a small problem but was sorted straight away.
Will shop again and highly recommend to anyone wishing to use them .

Sent wrong pillows

Sent wrong pillows. Got told to email. I did. Twice. Still no reply or acknowledgement. Been 5 weeks!

Vision Linens - unsatisfactory service

I placed an Order at the beginning of December 2025. I did not receive any goods.
I emailed Vision Linens but also did not receive a response.
I called them on 6 January 2026 to ask where my order was. I was told that I needed to speak to Customer Service but they were not available at that time. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, took my details and said someone would call me back. I did not receive a call but later in the day on 6 January 2026 received an email saying that my order had been cancelled and money refunded.
I found this to be extremely discourteous and unnecessary.

Thanks for leaving feedback, we really appreciate it as it helps us improve.

We'll hold our hands up on this, our service levels lately were not what we usually offer and we've been working hard to get back to our usual levels of service, which we're confident we're now back to. We've recently switched to new systems at the busiest time of year, and this caused big delays in orders going out and some issues with stock counts, which is what you experienced with your order in that the stock was no longer available to ship. We appreciate our communication about this could have been way better and we massively apologise for this.

Please be assured that, going forward, we are back to our normal dispatch and stock process. Although we appreciate this comes as too late for what you ordered. Apologies again.

Terrible company - possible scam

Terrible company - avoid! I placed an order a month ago, and have received nothing! I have had no dispatch email and have received no replies to the numerous emails I have sent.
This seems like a scam company!
Take my advice, purchase elsewhere because this company will take your money and you will receive no products with zero communication.
Wish I had read the reviews below before placing an order.

Thanks for your feedback. Please be assured we are not a 'scam'. We have been in business over 100 years in various guises and we're one of the top suppliers to the hospitality industry in the UK and globally, with clients such as Hilton. Our reviews are overwhelmingly positive, we have just received a few negative reviews recently due to the problems with our order system.

The reason for the delay with your order is because we recently switched internal systems. This has caused longer than expected delays with our order dispatch system. We appreciate this could have been communicated better. There is a notice on our delivery page and we did send an email out to all our newsletter subscribers, but we appreciate you may not be signed up to this list. Luckily, we are back to our normal dispatch process now, and we normally deliver within a few working days. Apologies that your order was placed during the period we were experiencing issues and apologies that it took so long to dispatch. This is not our usual service levels.

I've just checked your order and it was dispatched on the 30 December and is actually out for delivery with Evri today, between 10.30-12.30. Please do get in touch with us if you have any further issues.

Order not received

Do not use this company
Ordered 2 tablecloths 10/12/25 - still not received. Contacted customer services three times and each time I was assured they would arrive before Christmas. I received an email at 6am on the 23/12/25 saying order complete together with an Evri tracking number but tracking shows ‘we are expecting your parcel’ and hasn’t updated since. Vision Linens are no longer answering my emails. Very disappointing as I needed the items for Christmas and was told on three separate occasions that they would definitely arrive. Had they have been honest about the situation I would have had the opportunity to secure alternatives from a different supplier.

I have received the reply below, however I was not made aware of any delays, the website said last date for Xmas delivery was the 17th and I received an email on the 19th and the 23rd saying delivery will be before Xmas as well as a live chat confirming this
UPDATE Have been told via Live Chat Customer Services will contact me by email but they never do. Have initiated a chargeback via PayPal. I repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

From what you've told us, and checking the tracking page myself, it does appear that Evri may have lost this order. I've let our customer services team know and they'll get in touch with you asap.

UPDATE: Just in regards to your reply. The message on our delivery page was added after you had placed your order, apologies about that. It's still on there at the moment. Apologies that our chat service did not make you aware of this. I will pass your feedback onto the team who respond to chats.

Avoid, no goods and no refund. Terrible communication.

Having recently stayed at a luxury hotel, I expressed satisfaction and the quality of the bedding and was advised that this was provided by vision linens. I placed an order on the 1st of December and then received no further communication from them. I contacted them to ask for an update and was told that the items have been shipped and that they would email me the tracking. After further chasing, I was eventually provided with the tracking but only because I refused to end my phone call until it was provided with the same. I then had to call back because it stated that the items hadn’t yet been collected. I was again told that the items had definitely been collected and that it was probably just a delay updating the tracking. I waited a few more days and eventually called back again and spoke to somebody who advised that the items had been collected from them, but the labels must’ve come off during transit. It was agreed that I would be refunded and that this could take up to 5 days. No surprise that 5 days on I still had no sight of any refund and no further communication from them. I have started suspect this to be a scam/sham website. I don’t have the items nor do I have my refund. I would never buy from this company again, I’m now on a mission to try to get my money back. Communication is an absolute shambles. You are just consistently told that they’ve got a high number of emails and by the time you get any response, the email is out of date because you’ve had to supersede it with a phone call to try to find out what’s going on. Honestly, I would avoid it all cost.

***UPDATE, I have received a response to my review, shame it took a public review to get a decent response. Have provided details so that my email of complaint sent today can be identified and a promise of follow up when their offices reopen. I will wait to see what happens.

Apologies that you've had such a poor experience with us. We've recently been experiencing a huge backlog of orders due to an internal system upgrade that took longer than expected. This, coupled with it being one of the busiest times of the year for online shopping, has caused delays with getting orders out of our warehouse and our refunds process. But we do apologise for the lack of communication about this issue that you've had. We sent an email out to our email subscribers to explain the delays(we appreciate that you may not be on this list) and there is a note on the delivery page about these issues, but we appreciate we could have been better at this.

I can assure you we are not a 'scam' website. You can see our other reviews on here going back years, and we've been in business for over 100 years in various guises. We're also one of the top suppliers of linen to hotels around the UK and other parts of the world. If you check the linen at hotels, you can often see our name on the labels. Normally our service is quick and efficient and we often deliver within a few days. I realise this has not been the case recently, but we've been working hard to get all orders out and we're confident things will be back to normal in January.

Unfortunately, we are currently closed for Christmas. But I'll get this chased up for you for our customer services team to look at when they return. You should have an email from TrustPilot requesting more information, such as your order number or email address. If you can please fill this out, it will help us find your order. Alternatively, send us an email at digital@visionlinens.com with your info and I'll take action on this.

We went to a hotel and they had the…

We went to a hotel and they had the most amazing pillows and duvet. Searched and found them here. Bought them from the trade site as not available on the domestic one. Ecopure recycled box pillows and duvet.

Not sure what to think

Order some duvets from this company via Debenhams and over two weeks later I still haven't received anything.
Debenhams are telling me that the items are coming directly from this company and they will contact me when the order has been dispatched but I haven't even received an email acknowledging the order.
I got impatient and tried to start a refund with Debenhams and the link they provide to the Vision Linens refund portal takes you to a 'this page cannot be found'.
Started to get suspicious so I came on here to check it wasn't a scam.
Not really sure what to make of it, and to be fair Debenhams have been terrible overall so not sure how much of the blame is on Vision Linens.
