Will be a return customer!

The quality of the product, a bed runner and matching cushion was excellent, and truthfully I didn't expect it to be so well made and was pleasantly surprised, hotel plus quality!

No customer service!

Made order. Paid for delivery. Received email saying order complete. Waited 7 days. No delivery, no update. I emailed customer services, no response whatsoever. Following day I managed to speak to a ‘ person’, who informed me the order had been cancelled days ago and I should have received an email and refund. Was informed a manager would contact me. Nothing from them. Refund now being processed according to PayPal. Awful customer service. Would never use this company again.

Thanks for leaving feedback, we really appreciate it.

I've looked into this for you and can see the order was cancelled because we had a stock miscount error on the product you ordered. Basically, it was showing in stock when the stock wasn't actually available, so the product shouldn't have been available to buy. We've now removed this product from the website to prevent this happening again in the future.

Apologies for the lack of communication on this, as you should have been informed much earlier. We appreciate that we could have been a lot better in that respect. I've sent your feedback to the relevant department.

Great quality pillows

Great quality pillows. Seen them while staying at a hotel and decided to purchase for home. Staying in shape, great hotel quality

Will not use again

First order from them and sent 6 Pillowcases when ordered 3 and did not deliver further 2 items on the order. one sheet ordered looked like someone had driven a car tyre over it. Still not been rectified after a week but keep sending requests for a review so here it is.

Review:Very Disappointed – Next Day Delivery Failed and Poor Communication


I placed an order with Next Day delivery and paid extra for this service, expecting the parcel to arrive on time. Unfortunately, the order was not dispatched promptly, and the parcel did not arrive within the promised timeframe, which caused significant inconvenience.

Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from Vision Linens again and cannot recommend them for urgent orders.

Apologies that you did not receive your next day delivery order on time. Having checked the tracking, I can see it is out for delivery today, but as you say it's a day later than expected. This was due to an error in it unexpectedly being dispatched later than it should have been.

We'll be refunding the next day delivery charge. Apologies again.

This is only my second order from…

This is only my second order from Vision Linens, but it certainly won't be my last. Everything I have ordered to date, including those sumptuously soft and thick Tuscany bath sheets, bath towels and hand towels are the best I've ever purchased. I am also extremely happy with bed linen and duvet covers. There is such a good range, I found it a bit hard to choose, but everything looks exactly as it appeared and as was described. Well done and thank you.

Not delivered to Workshop, left at gate.

The material was not delivered to my workshop, it was left at the main gate. I had to organise during my time how to move it from the gate to my workshop, this needs two people. If it had been raining the material would have been ruined, it took me two days to finally get it to my workshop.

Horrendous Service

The products and pricing are great, but the service is very poor. They allow themselves the longest dispatch time I've ever experienced in the hospitality industry, yet they claim to be the market leaders. I received an incorrect order/possibly a missing box. The written codes on the bags do not match what is inside them. I eventually figured out that the items were correct, but it seems like their packing process is not very organised. Bags are re-used, a little dirty and some linens arrived dirty too . There were 36 missing items. I first called them at 16:48 to raise the problem, a lady answered and said 'I can't help you, we are closed now' - I mentioned their website contact page quotes the following (Customer Service Tel: Weekdays, 8:45am-5pm (Mon-Thur)...) - She just said 'yeah, it's wrong' - I then raised the problem on the site, via email, and over the telephone the following day, only to receive an email asking me to confirm in writing. Why waste 23 minutes of my time asking for the same information over the phone if you demand it in writing? They are very slow to respond and resolve issues. I called again today as desperate to open my new units. The poor lady there, Karolina, was very nice but couldn't resolve anything because she still hadn't heard back from their warehouse. I was put through to a 'manager' GOD!!! A rude lady who didn't introduce herself and whose tone and demeanour clearly showed she didn't care (customer service training urgently needed for these market leaders). She said, "We're carrying out our investigation. We have 48 hours to do that." Meanwhile, the customer, delays their opening date, further and further, at great expense waiting for Vision to resolve the problem within their self-granted timeframes. Shocking service.
