The work carried out by the fitters was faultless, efficient, respectful and left a clean work space.
The door itself is very good and I'm pleased with the result.My issue is with the company itself, they were quick with the sale, the survey and taking the deposit, but contact with them after that was practically non existent. Deposit paid 23 Oct fitted 16th Feb, and within 30 mins of the fitters leaving my house, I was bombarded with phone calls to pay the balance, 5 in 1 day, I paid 18th Feb. From start to finish I was highly satisfied with Visual. I had a large extension built, this required all the services of builders, joiners, electricians ,plasterers, etc. Every person who worked on my property gave a fabulous service. They were friendly, polite and very efficient. They all cleaned up as much as they could each night before leaving, which was really appreciated. The owner, Steve, visited my property on a number of occasions as the build progressed to ensure I was happy, and that everything was going to plan.
Im absolutely delighted with how the extension has turned out. My friends, and colleagues who have seen it agree, and 2 of them have already approached Steve directly to engage Visuals services. I honestly can't recommend them more highly.

Visual Conservatories Have just replaced my conservatory roof with a tiled one, what an amazing difference it has made. The company was amazing also, from the sales to the installation.
Fantastic job.

Visual have just completed an extension for us with bi-folds etc. Very competitively priced, came in way under one of the bigger firms that were trying it on! Lead time was quick and it was like clock work.
Daryl the sales guy was really helpful, he said he’d never had a client as thorough, asking tons of questions etc but was more than happy to revisit everything more than once including all the designs etc.
From Graham and his lad the builder, Mark and Steve the fitters and Jason the joiner and the plumber and sparky, literally all turned up one after the other and in turn for first and second fix etc. Richard the project manager kept us updated all along the way and couldn’t have asked any more of him. We were genuinely impressed.

Visual Conservatories were reasonably priced compared to their competitors and did a wonderful job on the roof. We needed two old conservatory roofs to be replaced with a new one. At the start of the project, Daryl made a digital 3D model of what the final build would look like and got it spot on.

Andrew and Paul were very efficient and worked hard to get the roof finished. Both them and Lee, the electrician, went above and beyond for us, as well as Mark who finished off the trimmings at the end of the project. Richard was very good about checking in on the phone to make sure we were happy with everything as the project went along.

Our two conservatives are now joined under one roof and both feel like actual rooms in the house that we can now use regardless of the weather.

I got my orangery ten years ago and have had nothing but problems the whole floor had to come up as they hadn’t put any hard core in they had put the concrete in on top of wood and soil and in places the concrete was only 10mm thick, we’ve had problems with the roof with leaks and cracking of the ceiling for ten years now they come out and paint over the problems but never correctly fix it. Today I’ve been told they don’t intend to do anything else to the roof as the ten years warranty is up even though we have a signed guarantee for twenty years covering the roof so now I have to resort to legal action. It’s such a pity I can’t put the pictures of the mess they’ve made of the job

We have an extra height all glass extension, bifold doors and stable door installed by Visuals completed last week. From planning to finish, the team had gone beyond and above their service. It was tricky because we were at Hull, so the whole team needed to travel minimum of 1.5 hours everyday to get to me. But they always showed up on time. They did an amazing work in a short span of time. Steve Brewer provided a superb service in planning the whole project. Steve Cooper, who is the director, came to personally meet us and did measurements. It is very rare that the director of the company will do that. Richard who is the main building coordinator communicated all the work that will be done. He was honest and helpful. There were some issue with the pipes, but he sorted it promptly. The guys who did all the ground work were all incredible - Dave and his team, Sam and Dean, Eric and his team, Joe the plumber, Lee the electrician and Mark who finished everything up. All did an amazing job. I am very grateful! The price was also reasonable and affordable compared to other companies we asked. Would highly recommend Visuals. Thank you!

I had a new roof on my conservatory in February. Once I had paid the customer service ceased to exist
Two of my conservatory windows have broken, of course it's nothing to do with them, although 2 different window fitters and a builder stating it is the weight of the roof settling. One window shattered within 2 weeks
They sent someone out who said he would order parts. When I followed this up, they lied and said that this was not true
I never received my compliance certificate and had to ask about this when I rang in April
They apparently contacted me direct in March?? A lie.
I am still waiting for the certificate, and for them to get back to me about parts for the window

Do not trust them. Go elsewhere. Another window company warned me about them, I wish I had listened !!!!!

They suggested that I hadn't responded to them to get the compliance certificate and forwarded the emails that they allegedly sent to me. They sent them to a wrong email address. Showed themselves to be incompetent !! Neither did they send the certificate in time as per the legislation

This is the second time I have used Visual. Twelve years ago to build my conservatory and recently to install a new roof. On both occasions they were very professional and friendly and did an extremely good job. I am so happy with the results and will have no hesitation in hiring them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Just has an orangery built by Visual! Can't praise them enough! Steve the salesman was helpful not pushy. He said it would take 5 weeks it was just over due to bad weather

We’ve used Visual twice: first in early 2024 to install three external doors plus large balcony bifolds with integral blinds, and last month to install another door and 20 windows, some very large, most tilt-and-turn with integral blinds. Great service and aftercare to deal with minor snags; every team member has been professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Spent nearly 30k with the company around a year ago for a 4x4 orangery/conservatory.
Had to call them 4 times for leak in roof which is very very annoying and didn't expect that to happen especially after spending that kind of money.
I have to say they turned up every time I reported the leak in roof but it should Not have happened in first place!
Avoid if you can!

Efficient throughout the whole process of getting a new front door. Honest, no-nonsense approach from staff in the showroom and when visiting our home. Excellent price. Very efficiently fitted by Dean in next to no time.

replacement conservatory roof completed today, took just over a week and half from start to finish (inc clean up) can not fault a single thing. all the workmen have been fab, friendly, trustworthy, customer service has been amazing, every day i was informed who would be coming the next day and what time and they would be there. really amazing job.
