Deadlines were met. Gave good advice based on experience which made everything deliver better. Fantastic group of staff, were really considerate about cleaning up mess. Always open and honest. Did a better job than I’d even hoped for and I am a perfectionist. Without hesitation would recommend and will be using them for future works
We asked Shane Marriot Construction to build a single story extension to our 300 year old barn. We wanted a firm who would understand the importance of materials and techniques used in heritage properties. Shane delivered an amazing building which surpassed our expectations and also came in on budget. Shane and his team were professional, hard-working and very easy to have on site for approximately ten weeks. They had high standards and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I was especially impressed by the project management of all the trades and delivery of materials, which always arrived in time for seamless delivery of the project. Shane was very understanding of our needs as clients where materials were concerned and was patient when we wanted something changing. We are thrilled with our extension and he should be very proud.
Absolutely brilliant! Shane and his team have been working on various jobs in my house for the past year and a half, on and off. This has ranged from dropping a chimney below roof level, moving my bathroom into an upstairs room and ripping out/refitting my kitchen to insulating, reflooring and replastering the former bathroom. The lads have been super! Every job has been completed to the highest standards, and the prices have always been very reasonable. I would highly recommend this team.
