Update: Uitbetaling inmiddels ontvangen – situatie opgelost
Dit is een update op mijn eerdere review.
Na meerdere weken (3-4) wachten kan ik bevestigen dat mijn uitbetaling inmiddels volledig is verwerkt en ontvangen. Het betrof een 5000x winst op een Pragmatic Play-spel, wat uiteraard extra spanning gaf.
Hoewel het proces langer heeft geduurd dan verwacht en de communicatie in het begin summier was, is de zaak uiteindelijk correct afgerond. Daarom wil ik deze review eerlijk bijwerken.
Ik waardeer dat het probleem uiteindelijk is opgelost. Hopelijk kan Viu Viu in de toekomst duidelijker communiceren bij vertragingen, zodat dit soort situaties voorkomen worden.
het ging om een bedrag van 4800,00 dus veel geld.
Zoals beloofd update ik mijn review nu de uitbetaling is ontvangen.

I will not enter this casino again
Played a lot of money. Really a lot. No wheelspin available for such amounts...VIP said its not always available.
I got free spins after a deposit. I won 56€, but that would be available if the real money was zero. I had 2 cents. Tried several slots but minimum was 5 cents. VIP adviced to try all of the slots.....
Besides I noticed that many slots are not playable with bonus money.
So they may keep the bonus money. I quit. The slots I played were terrible: only eating money.

Update: Dit casino probeert je gek te maken, weer alle beloftes maar niks nada niks!
Update: nadat ik mijn review geplaatst heb heeft het casino mijn gegevens gevraagd. Natuurlijk gedaan. Maar geen reactie.
Wat een ongelofelijk slecht gebeuren hier. Er wordt door de Vip manager Ada nog steeds beloofd dat ik mijn geld krijg.
Update: ik wacht al meer dan een week nu. Allemaal loze beloftes dat er hard aan gewerkt wordt om alles te bespoedigen. Complete waanzin hier.
Account gewoon geverifieerd etc etc. Maar betalen ho maar!
Ik wacht al 5 dagen op mijn uitbetaling, schandalig!
Ze weigeren uit te betalen.
29 mails met de Vip manager Ada, en die beloofd alles maar er gebeurt helemaal niets.
Erg onbetrouwbaar. Ik begrijp de positieve berichten dus niet.
Mocht ik mijn 5000 euro wel krijgen dan laat ik dat weten.

Viu Viu grote oplichters. Houden je zoet met de zogenaamde Vip manager die alles gaat bespoedigen. Haha. Ik heb me echt in de maling laten nemen
