Very bad helpdesk


Its 22 of June allready! And guess what? My money is stil NOT returned Tony bankaccount! Kijk uit!/BEWARE of/voor VIU VIU!

Very bad helpdesk. I made a deposit of €100. After that I got a notification that I cant play the games on their site due to geografic restrictions. Then of course I want my money back! Waiting and still waiting for an answer, not any response on chat or mail, this is very wrong! Be carefull!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

10 days later and Kenny (live chat) assured me that I Will hear immediately when there is an update. Not in 10 days!! Its quite simple, i made a deposit at their site, cant play so I want my money (€100) back.
Very dissapointing bad help desk and service. People, be warned, you dont want to play Here!

Mijn €100 is na maar liefst 10 werkdagen nog niet geretourneerd op mijn rekening! De site geeft na een storting aan dat ik door geografische beperkingen hier niet kan spelen. Mijn geld retourneren lukt niet want ik heb het nog geen x aantal keren rondgespeeld! Nee, hehe, dat gaat dus niet!! Blijkbaar hebben ze na tien dagen nog meer tijd nodig om tot een fatsoenlijke terugbetaling te komen. Vage boel en wees gewaarschuwd!!

They are blocking your account

They are blocking your account, when you tell them they have no legal licence to let people in the Netherlands.
I start a lawsuit now against this casino. The will not help you with adresses where you can sent the sumont of your layer. Dont ever play in this casino

Best service

This is one of the site where the payments are never stopped.
I have been playing regularly on this and yes, I lose sometimes but only play for fun.
Some games are not available but the gravity roulette game is the best.

Be carefull with this group and this site. They dont Pay out, even though everything with account is fine

I’ll be writing a full review of this website next week, but I already want to warn anyone who's thinking about signing up or playing here: don’t spend your money on this site.

Some players, including myself, are not getting paid out, even though our accounts are fully verified and everything is in order. They don’t reply properly to emails; it feels like an AI is sending the same message over and over again, without actually answering your questions.

I’ve been waiting for weeks to receive a couple thousands of euros in withdrawals. I’ve asked them two simple questions more than 20 times:

When will my money be paid?

What’s causing the delay?

And every single time, the only answer I get is: “We’ll let you know when there’s an update.” That’s it. For weeks now.

There are also similar issues with other websites that are part of the Sapphire Summit Group, and I’ll include those in my upcoming review as well. I’ll also share all the emails I’ve exchanged with them, so others can see how this company really handles things.

Just be careful. There are way better and more reliable places to play.

All fake good reviews, chat gtp email replies.they refuse to pay out 1800euro win I made long time ago. Many week further, still no money, still nonsens replies like: payment Processor this and waiting time that,helping you this and trying for you that. In the mean time never ever doing something. Fake Service

Once again, this is a deflective response. I have sent multiple emails and even referenced Trustpilot (screenshots), yet I’ve received no reply. The responses you post on Trustpilot are generic, misleading, and seem designed to create the illusion of action while actually stalling and frustrating customers.

What more can I do at this point? I’m simply asking for transparency: clearly state what steps you are taking and how long this process will take. This is a serious matter involving a significant sum of money.

I will continue to post updates daily until this is resolved. Others deserve to know how you are handling these situations.

Actually a legit casino i thought! Turns out its a terrible casino with liars and just making false claims!

Actually a legit casino, with great customer service. Mister Ralph took all the time to help me out. I would reccomend playing here any day of the week!

Update: after a couple deposits making a withdrawal was a very complicated thing for this casino, then you can guess what happened! My account got closed, because thats what casino's like this do. I bet the sister casino's like IgoBet, Spinstar, True Luck and BoomBet are just as bad. I never got a reason, other than i adressed some weird bonus rules, which is allowed in my opinion. As if that is not enough, i got lied to by casino staff in live chat, claiming my emails would be answered, just have some patience. Well turned out they weren't that busy as i found out. Just use another email and send a mail to their support unit, you know the very busy support unit. Within 20 minutes there was a reply. Guess they found some time in between reviewing my case for a reply to my email with the other account. After 9 days i still heard nothing, which is very disrespectful and just the worse thing you can do to your paying customers. Don't waste your cash on this casino, they will never help you with anything, just deposits gets their attention.
