While scrolling through internet looking for a particular product I came across Vivaria honestly knew nothing about them. However they did have the product I was looking for and I decided to order and I must say it was painless from start to finish including adding discounts, I was sent a tracking number for my product estimated delivery date and it arrived right on schedule very impressed and the following week I ordered another one because the product was perfect as per website description.

Listed Product Size Incorrect
I bought the Licony concrete bird bath. It's cute but the size listed and displayed is not right. It is much smaller. Vivara lists width 240mm, height 272mm, and length 100mm. I wasn't sure which was to show depth, but the photo makes it look much deeper than it is. The actual depth is about 40mm. It's 240mm long and only 200mm wide. Very, very small. Also, the little birds only have tiny wooden pegs in the bottoms. Don't know how long those are going to last and the birds wobble about on the edge looking to fall off.
