what a joke, total incompetent's - i upgraded to their premium policy hoping this would speed thing up in the event of a claim, what a load of rubbish took me 3 months to get £300 back and wow how many hoops we had to jump through.

I booked a Holiday with Vivabh at VIVA Travels, he was very polite and friendly, he explained the iternary very well and it was custom made according to our requirements.

We had to cancel our trip to Egypt in February as my partner was diagnosed with cancer. So we contacted Viva insurance and you can NEVER EVER get through on the phone. So we downloaded the claim form and filled it in and posted it recorded. They lost it. So again i filled it in as well as the doctor and scanned it and emailed it to them. That was february 16th. Today is te 26th May and i am still in the dark as to when i will receive my claim funds. I have left 1 star but if i could i would leave no stars. We have even sent a complaint letter to the financial ombudsmen asking them to investigate why it has taken so long to sort this out. Viva claim they will sort your claim out in 4-6 weeks......utter lies. Pay a couple of quid extra and get a proper 5 star policy.

16 dana pred put sam uplatila avans, a 10 dana pre polaska kompletan aranžman . 5 dana pred put mi je rečeno da nema mesta u hotelu koji sam platila u celosti i ponudjen mi je hotel koji je lošiji i gde ću morati da plaćam lezaljke.Ako mi ne odgovara mogu da mi vrate novac. To znaci da 5 dana pred put treba da trazim gde ću da letujem. Zao mi je sto nisam imala vremena za to. Hotel gde smo dosli je u lošem stanju, prljave sobe, posteljina, peskiri….vodic je upoznat o stanju u sobama, ali agenciju očigledno zanima samo da uzme novac , a za uzvrat da daju najgore moguće hotele.Slike sa sajta ne mogu da pridju realnosti hotela .

Viva Travel insurance is a scam. Their service is unprofessional and not customer friendly.
I took the travel insurance policy in December 2021 to travel in January 2022 to Dubai and my Baggage was delayed for 5day. I reported bag missing at the airport and got it documented. Filed a claim with Viva but they decline the claim saying the document was not enough to make claim. I filed in January, i got the response end of June. Imagine 5months of waiting. I would not recommend them and would never use them Please people run... don't use Viva Insurance policy ....they are unprofessional.

I took out travel insurance with Viva, unfortunately when abroad my son had an accident which required medical treatment to the sum of 400 euros.
I returned home, called Viva submitted all the requested documents and completed the requested claim form.
It is now 6 weeks ago that I did this and I have had no correspondence from then with regard to how my claim is progressing. Their advisors don't seem to have a clue what they are doing and have been unable to tell me where my claim is up to so far. Two of them have placed me on hold and never picked the call back up!
DO NOT take out insurance from this company. Not good customer service at all.

I used this travel agency the most, and most likely will use it in future. They are responsible, well organized, and have a lot of travel destinations.

Company for travel for my country at least. Great selection of destinations as well as great deal on prices, and regular newsletters are what makes this site stand from others, for travelling that is. Keep it up.
