Very happy with service
I arrived early for my appointment but was seen straightaway at the Croydon clinic by John, who explained everything clearly. Inspection revealed a possible infection in one ear, and email received shortly afterwards with before and after photos of both ears allowed me to book a GP appointment to discuss treatment. I highly recommend Vivona and will book again when I next need ears cleaning.

Brilliant service and care throughout
John was absolutely brilliant, he's so kind and professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the microsuction procedure. John also called me ahead of my appointment to talk through my concerns, as I had sent a message to Vivona the night before. I've had on-going ear infections for the last 4 months, and I honestly feel so much relief since the procedure.

No hesitation in recommending Vivona
I had been experiencing some hear loss for a few weeks and a transatlantic flight with the pressure changes added to a head cold did nothing to help. By the time I got home the hearing in my left ear was severely impaired. I read that the NHS no longer treated blocked ears so I searched for a clinic close to me and came up with Vivona. So glad I did. I phoned at 10 a.m. and was being treated at 3 p.m. the same day.Raimah was fantastic. Everything explained in detail and the procedure was fast and painless. I received photographs of before and after, and I can now hear perfectly. Will definitely go to them again and encourage anyone who supects ear wax build-up to contact them.

I was very impressed with my appointment with John at Vivona in Bromley on Saturday morning. He talked me through the procedure, which was painless and has made a huge difference to my hearing. The follow up email with the before/after pictures was excellent too.

A Great experience

Wax removal
I got a same day appointment which was great. The lady came down to reception to meet me and was extremely polite, professional and informative.
She explained what was going to happen in detail and was very gentle during the procedure. My ears were completely cleared and I was very pleased to be able to hear again!
I would definitely recommend this place.

I came to the Vivona Earcare with my ear completely blocked which was causing me so much discomfort. Once the consultation was finished, I could hear again which was amazing.

Problem ears
I suffer with my ears and after going to the doctors which was unsatisfactory my son-in law recommended vivona. They were great I saw John and he was very good and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend them if you have ear problems. They give you pictures of your ears before and after well worth the money.

Great service from John
John was very helpful patiently explaining the process and carrying out the micro suction. The whole process was quick and efficient, about 5-10 mins for both ears. I would recommend Vivona Earcare.

Excellent experience
From start to end, the experience was great. Appointment right on time, incredible attentive staff, explaining at every stage the procedure. All in all, the cleaning took around half an hour, and it was instructive and constructive. I will definitely be booking another cleaning in 6 months time.

Perfection
Was my first time getting professional ear wax removal so I was a bit apprehensive. However it turned out to be the best decision I made. I had one ear that I could hardly hear out of and my hearing has been fully restored. In addition I found it to be a very relaxing process with very friendly staff.
