After a long time deciding I would…
After a long time deciding I would spend a lot of money on something which has got me down for many years, I felt totally deflated following my consultation. I do not expect to look like I did in my 20's and did have realistic expectations, but I got the impression that the surgery would not make that much difference and the Consultant kept asking what are my expectations. I did not feel inspired by the Consultant and there was no real friendliness in her approach.

On initial entry to clinic I found staff to be helpful and polite. The clinic itself is beautiful with a lovely reception area and coffee on offer. My consultation with my consultant went well and I am now moving forward with my surgery. Overall I was very impressed with my initial experience.

Engaged and professional
I saw Dr Katy Nassar for lip and marionette fillers. She was very thorough and listened to what I was looking for, making recommendations that would suit my mature skin.
