Very poor communication. In fact, none, since the original order confirmation. They took my money and I've heard nothing. This is not the way online retail works today. I should have a progress report and an expected shipping date. It's been going on eight weeks and I've heard nothing.

This place is a scam I still have not got my order. It’s been over six months.

I wish I'd read some reviews before making a purchase. The communication is horrible, they lied and said the jacket was shipped but it had not. A month later after contacting PayPal, they finally shipped it. The quality is more and sizing is off. Now of course I can't cont at them for return instructions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Delivery took longer than expected. Needed to return due to sizing issue. I emailed them everyday for 3 weeks and thru chat and will not respond to help me return and get refund. I highly suggest you do not order through this website. The phone number listed doesn’t work either. Out $180! Not happy at all.

Placed & paid for a Denver Broncos Cheerleaders jacket December 23,2024 over 2 months later still nothing. I have texted numerous times as to when I can expect the jacket. No replies. Last month I noticed that they took down the add for the jacket only to be replaced by stuff from Yellowstone. I've tried to call the line was immediately busy with no one responding. Also noticed reading other "customers reviews " that there is 2 or 3 month delay from time of purchase to posting a review, which all claim to be "EXCELLENT ". I'm beginning to think that this company is a SCAM and I've been taken as another victim!

I ordered my husband a Seahawks starter jacket, and it is clearly not what was pictured. It has no Levi’s tag, and the stitching is non-existent, there are only cheap patches on the back. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, and after chatting back and forth to find my order, I was ignored. This company is a fraud.
UPDATE: The company has still refused to accept my return even after I submitted pictures that it is not the coat pictured online. They offered a 50% refund, and asked me to take down my review. I said that I wanted a full refund because I did not get what I paid for.

Who needs a spa membership when you have this portable sauna? It feels like luxury every time I use it. Setup was super easy too.

Scam ordered a jacket in March 2024 still haven't received it and can't get a response from company

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a very expensive jacket from this website in February..and it’s about to be May. I somehow was able to track it but for the past 2 months it still said it never shipped. Suddenly i checked my app again a few days ago and the package completely disappeared. I’ve sent countless emails trying to get a refund and cancel my order, but i’ve received no response from them. Hoping this website gets shut down somehow but DO NOT BUY. If you see a good review from this website it’s probably fake or bought because there is just no way.
