Extra scummy. Tried canceling multiple times and wouldn't allow it. Customer service is non-existent with bad audio quality and selections. It's Italian though, so i'm not too surprised.

Extremely terrible audio quality and poor customer service. You can't sample music until you pay, and if you do pay, you'll be very disappointed.

Vocals are just downloaded from youtube. Not sure how it's legal to make people pay for this.

Shouldn't advertise "highest quality" when they're 128k opus, possibly even double-encoded into 320k mp3s.

Whole website is horribly made. Some acapellas are like 5 bpm off. And now we can't login
And with no contact info anywhere, it's hard to get support. STAY AWAY

Asked to cancel multiple times and they kept billing.

Have sent 3 support emails the week with no reply. The contact via Facebook & Instagram also does not work. I have paid for a month but the subscription is not active. Quite frustrating,

The attention they gave me was quite good and in a timely manner. I found some very interesting acapellas for my projects.

I've been wanting to cancel my subscription but the website won't let me login with my details which I know are correct, then when I go through the forgotten password process no link is sent to my email - the customer support page on the website is also non existent. Seems like they know what they're doing and stopping people from accessing their accounts so they can continue charging every month. Don't use this company!

Never signed up for this service, have been getting charged monthly. no way to cancel, no phone number. its a scam.

I have been trying for a week with 2 separate emails to log into this site and neither of them are working. I have cleared my cache but the link never arrives to my email and there is nobody to contact to assist?

Signed up to use some accapella samples on a track I was working on. BPM didn't match up with what Voclr suggested and quality wasn't great. I cancelled my account yet Voclr have continued to charge my card after having cancellation confirmed via email. Have sent several emails to chase and currently have an opened ticket on my account with no response. My summary? I think they're engaging in illegal activity and are a scam business. I won't be using them again and I recommend everyone else stay clear. Reading other reviews, it would appear I'm not the only one this has happened to. Scum bags.

I bought an acapella with an unregistered account. So after payment the acapella was sent, including the licence to publish it. The acapella had wrong pitched echoes which sounded incredibly not in tune. When I checked 2 months later for the licence, after I already created a song with the acapella, I see that the pdf file with the licence is not usable anymore because the pdf file doesnt open anymore at all. I wrote a support ticket 2 weeks ago and still didnt get a reply back. Instead I got an email for "1 month free membership". I thought of buying the pro membership, but if you cant use acapellas for publishing songs anyway, then I am not willing to buy another acapella from this site. And I didnt share the licence etc. with anyone else.

Please respond to an email I sent last month about you repeatedly charging my wife’s card.

Updated edit: i emailed your support team and did receive a reply asking for more information in Jan 26 of 2023. I provided that information Jan 27 or 2023. I followed up 2/1/23 & 2/7/23 and again 2/24/23. I have yet to get any other response from your team. My contact was Bradley F. I continue to get charged fraudulently. Please reach out via email and fix this.
EDIT: I just had another charge on my card. I do not have a Twitter account to contact you with. How else can I get in contact with you and get this resolved???My card was stolen and used to purchase a subscription which I disputed with my bank. A new card was issued, and voclr.it somehow obtained my new card number and charged me once again. I have never heard of this company before the fraudulent charge. There is no way to contact this company by phone nor email. I have had to cancel my card twice and spend time disputing the charges. If voclr.it is an actual company, they need to be notified of the fraudulent charges and stop the user from gaining access to their site via fraudulent charges. Please provide an email contact or something so we can get this resolved Voclr.it

Yes, it’s an scam. Voclr.it charge my card monthly with no service or product. I called my bank to cancel my credit card & my bank will reimbursed the money I lost.

This business is totally unethical. I signed up for the service when they were running a promotion. The company said in the advertisement, which I still have, "you will renew at this discounted price until canceled." The next time I was charged they billed the full amount, not the discounted price. This happened to me twice. I reached out via their website and to emi@voclr at least 6 times and never heard back. It's funny because they reply to technical support questions but anything related to billing gets no reply.

I bet they are going to reply to me here asking me to reach out to them just like they have with most of the other reviews and then never reply to me. Don't waste your money with this dishonest and manipulative company.

Complete and utter scam of a company! Site doesn't even work and acapellas are half-arsed smh! Completely useless service with 0 customer service and impossible to cancel subscription because their site is down!

I can't access this site at all for the last week or so and now they are trying to collect my next subscription fee. I tried sending emails asking to cancel my subscription as I have no way of accessing the site. I've had no response. Be careful if you do have access as this could happen to you also
