Signed up a couple of months ago. I wanted an easy way of adding a vocal element to my eighties style EDM mixes. Just enter the BPM and key then take your pick from the list that appears. An excellent creative tool for a very reasonable price.

Truly awful, downloaded 2 supposed 'studio quality' acapellas, to find their youtube ripped MP3's. What an absolute scam.

There is no customer service whatsoever !! I paid for membership which i never received yet i was still billed for it. i thought my phone glitched so i tried again and was charged again but still no membership !! i deleted my account and changed my card. but i’ve still be charged an extra 4 times, twice a month because it appears i’ve got 2 accounts yet my email address isn’t even registered with them and volcr themselves even say that my email does not exist as a current account. absolutely awful. they have not replied to any of my emails !!

This is the second review I've posted but thought it was important to underline to potential customers that they should stay well away from this company, as my experience of them got even worse. They got back in touch with me after my first review and said they would refund me half the subscription money I'd paid after downloading a sub standard acappella. I then didn't hear anything for a while, chased it up and they replied to say I should have received the refund (I hadn't). I chased up again a few times but all I received back were a couple of messages that were blank except for the words 'thank you'. It's clear that they are only interested in responding to reviews on public platforms to try and protect their reputation but don't care when it comes to looking after customers. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. It's the worst customer care you could ever experience and the standard of communication is the poorest you'll ever come across. I wouldn't be surprised if the highly rated reviews on this website are manufactured and not from genuine customers. Certainly the ones that say 'great support/service' must be fake!

They have charged me for two months in a row and I have not used their services at all. Just discovered what the company is recently and have to get a completely new credit card because of them.

Brilliant 4yrs+ best I’ve had for great downloads and cannot rate it any higher.

I bought this service to be creative but the acappellas are absolutely generic. Some of the pro ones are terrible in quality. Since two months I’m trying to cancel this service but they still charge money, the website function to cancel is just cancelling right before they charge money again just to go from cancelled to pro again. The cancelling on the website doesn’t stop the constant forced payments at least in my case that’s definite. I created a support ticket on their website but no answer at all, Paypal told me to message them but the email to contact Voclr.it doesn’t even exist. I needed to manually cancel the forced payments via PayPal since Voclr.it didn’t do it themselves, they would have taken the money endlessly. Never again, if they don’t Payback the two forced payments It’s safe to say it’s Scam.

Most of the vocals have a very bad quality! I was looking for vocals for my dj sets, but I can't use any of them.

Super bad support, have written several times a mail that I want to change my password and this does not work via the form. But get until today no answer. I can't get into my account for months and can't cancel or use their service in any way. I pay so for purely nothing.

Scammers.
Will charge anyway after you cancel. For an even higher fee.
Avoid at all costs.

This is one of those scammy fishi

sites that lure you with great promises and then hit you with a poor delivery and offer no retribution when you demand a refund. I joined this site to see what it was about as their landing page has absolutely no info about what it is, what its costs are and that you wont get your money back if you didn't like your experience. I will usually pay for a service I feel that is deserving of my money and this one clearly was not. It seems like their main revenue is luring artists and forcing them to sign up and then unknowingly forces them to allow them to charge a monthly fee. When I disputed the fee with my paypal, they referred me to their terms and conditions that "clearly" stated you wouldn't be getting your money back (about 20 pages down). Now it was only $5 but I truly felt duped that they easily took money from me without providing me any service whatsoever aside from allowing me to browse their site and get more info. I found out that not only I needed to pay the monthly fee but then on top of that another $50 to $500 to use a sample. Good for some people.
Edited; I get that you have a company to run and the overhead is high, but you should be giving people a good experience with your platform through and through. To write such terms into your contract only tells me you are here to make profits regardless of how you make people feel.

This site does not tell you about hidden charges. Says it is £5 per month but I get billed £10-11 per month. They do not go by their name when debiting the cash either so you will have to spend ages working out who is taking the money. Thoroughly do not recommend. Plus the quality of acapella is terrible

Amazing service, great price. Really happy with the all around experience.

-voclr provides a mixture of poor (DIY) and good (studio) quality.
-You have to register to have access to only 5 poor quality accapellas.
-No previews unless you pay and upgrade.
-basically you're downloading without knowing anything.
-Download and then listen, and you'll be surprised of how terrible the quality is.
-No ability to delete the account, which sucks.

conc.: bad website and bad experience, I DON'T RECCOMEND it at all.
