Volek Events Avis 

We bought tickets for a Nowrouz party in London (Shaam hall) and it was the worst iranian party ever! I don't trust Volek anymore for events, they should have a minimum monitoring on who's ticket they're selling.
The party managers were so impolite and rude and I'm sure they had never heard the word "customer service"!
Normal tickets for this party were £50 and VIP £60. We bought VIP which was said to have "free drinks" and a table. Turns out it's one single bottle of wine for each table, and there are 10 people at a table!! Me and my friends have to share one bottle with 5 other people that we don't know! So imagine 10 people at a table have paid £10 extra for drinks, that is £100 per table and they have to share a penny-worth bottle of wine that costs only £5! And even worse, when we asked for just some decent drink for each of us which would mean the least for a VIP ticket, they said you can go buy your own drinks! This was a very stupid way of robbery and what hurts more is the non-sense and impolite answers that the manager and Miss Rezayi told us.
Imagine at the end of the night the security of their own party gets mad at them, he shouts and slaps the manager asking for his payment!
Let's skip the low quality of the hall itself. Enough for now.

They are asking service fee, no problem with that but which service?
I ran 1 year to get my money back from a postponed event, and this will be continued…
Sham for that service!

You can trust to buy a Ticket here, there will be additional cost for about 3.5% if you use Paypal.also becareful cause they will charge you extra about 5% for some nonsense additional costs!
So if you buy a ticket for 200 € you will pay at the end 210€.

I bought two tickets for Max Amini show through VOLEK - the payment was taking out but I was told to access my tickets, I need to register on Max Amini website and agree to T&C which I did. but I couldnt still access my tickets.
I followed up with VOLEK and there was one auto reply, repeating what I already knew which was to register my details.
Such an unpleasant experience to have to go through all these troubles to access my tickets which I paid for.
I asked for refund several times but no response yet. I dont recommend VOLEK AT ALL!

Und ich hoffe dass ich Frau Gogosch persönlich mit meine Freundin treffe 🥀
