After speaking with 3 different representatives AND BEING HUNG UP ON just for asking for a supervisor, Jamal from the escalation team answered my email and calmed my nerves by letting me know he’d resolve my issue. Although, he required a review first, so here goes! 5 different transactions each with different amounts gives SCAM.. so I’m happy this could be resolved promptly. Thanks Jamal

I unfortunately was unaware of the ongoing membership when I signed up through a promo on Facebook. I seen the membership fee and wanted to cancel because it was just too expensive right now. I was able to cancel with no hassle whatsoever and have received timely and professional emails regarding everything. I appreciate this not being a huge headache to cancel and it being so smooth.
