Product arrived on time. Was quite surprised at the size of the unit and the heat output could be better.
The goods are good quality and I have no doubt it will last for a while.

Suffering with Parkinson’s the cold is very painful. This purchase was the best investment ever ! Heating a room within minutes , priceless! They’re beautiful and fit beautifully in my rooms . Black upstairs and white downstairs. It’s great they can be moved around the house. We’ve used the cool air in our gym and again just creates a comfortable environment and importantly they are quiet , I have super sonic hearing ! I researched these against cost to run using energy bills and they are very cheap and cost effective! Best purchase you’ll make this year !!!

Had a Dyson before, this offers more features, at a greater discount. 10/10 will be buying another

My daughter bought 2 last month so had to follow suit …not used it yet as it’s mainly for the cool cycle during the warm summer months .. we have an old fashioned fan which makes too much noise …

The Air Pro Bladeless Tower Fan is both stylish and very effective. It works efficiently and quietly and is used every morning to warm up a very cold Kitchen.
Recently we lost the remote control. A quick phone call to Vortex and a friendly member of staff arranged for a replacement to be shipped immediately. I'm a very happy customer.

I bought Vortex Air™ Cleanse - Bladeless Air Purifier (Heater & Cooler) the product is great and works well. I had a minor issue with the oscillating. I reported it and they fixed the issue quickly. Customer service was great easy to dealt with. Delivery was fast and they even replaced the product with a new one. Thank you so much, will recommend your products to family and friends.

Temperature ATM - its either not cold or hot enough - not quite with it for me to test proper, but when I have given it a wee blast them so far so good! :) Build quality seems very good and love the design and colour (mine's all-black). I'm particularly taken by its smooth oscillating - far better than a traditional fan. And for me VERY cheap! :)

Fans seem solid and well made, they fit well in bedroom or living room and I like the fact they don't have the old-style "fan blades" which always end up looking dusty. Pleased with the option for hot or cold air.

As a sufferer of asthma I’m hoping in the bedroom on cool and the air purifier will help especially in the warmer weather (will be updated later)
It certainly heats the lounge up very fast and at a low cost and I’m contemplating getting another one so as not to move this from the lounge to the bedroom

Easy to order, fast despatch. Love the fan - not whisper quiet which is perfect for me at night as I have tinnitus and need a bit of white noise to sleep. It's powerful, level one is enough for me and it's quite cold. Haven't tried the heat setting as that's not what I bought it for. I've got the black and green one which is lovely.

Great product love it. I have been painting the fence all day in the shade. It was chilly. Gave in and put on my vortex air. I have warmed through. I can't wait to try the cool setting in the summer.

I bought two models, one of them being the 2026 upgrade. Personally I feel the earlier is more suitable for floor standing. It is also quieter and didn't smell when first running. The earlier controls, on the rim of the base, are also positioned better than the later for sight as well as use. Overall I feel the 2026 upgrade is a step backwards
