Vortexair Avis 1 828

I was a bit apprehensive in buying this voretex fan. I did however look at the comparison to the other major provider that starts with a D as our friends have one. This vortex air exceeds our expectations and is far superior to our friends dyson.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with our unit and highly recommend purchasing one or two to others.

Ordering, updates on delivery and delivery all good.

Quick prompt delivery. Appears to heat and cool well. Haven’t had to actually use it just yet.

Too early to say. Why bother asking when only received 2 days ago, and weather not warm enough to warrant using it. Can I return for full refund on 3 months if not satisfied?

Ordered my V, it was delivered within 2 days. Easy to set up. Easy to operate. Does exactly as it says in the add. Brilliant piece of kit.

It's ok. It looks the part and blows cold and warm air.
Only had it 3 days so probably a bit too early to review, but so far it's ok.

I initially left a negative review due to a delivery charge issue, however I completely take back everything I had written.

The customer service, particularly from Mandy was above and beyond, I’ve never actually experienced a company with customer service as good as this.

The Pro Plus fan is really quiet, gives good airflow and is easy to tilt which in the bedroom is great as you can make sure the airflow is directed to you while you sleep. An equivalent from Dyson is almost twice the price and you’re really not getting more for it other than the name.

I would definitely buy again given the customer service I’ve experienced so far and for the quality and prices of the products.

I’m quite difficult to please and rarely leave positive reviews, properly not one of my better traits, however I feel Vortex Air definitely deserves a positive review in this case.

Awful service, fan is not powerful enough. The return process is criminal I had to get the refund via my bank’s fraud service. Communication with the company very frustrating and lacking.

27/6/26 In response to your reply, no you did not refund my returned item, I had to get my bank involved to pull the money back, My return was delivered to you on 30/3/26 and I didn’t get my refund until 24/4/26 via the bank complaint process as you did not respond to my queries on the refund.

Im sorry but fan isn't quite... I bought on reviews and disappointed .. no I wouldn't recommend.. the fan i have is quiet but the company dont seem to do them anymore so thought this sounds good.. its expensive for a noisy bladeless fan..

like the product, well made and actually did what it was supposed to, very good heater and fan and very quite, only moan was next day delivery did not arrive on the Saturday. overall very impressed

Product works perfect

Just bought the water purifier/ kettle & am loving it. Had a slight blip setting up so called & was answered immediately & problem solved,even stayed on the phone to be sure it was resolved. No more plastic bottles to throw away,water at the temperature I want hot or cold & it looks smart too.

I am only going for 3 stars as I haven’t used it much, it all looks great slightly noisy on full power, but first impressions seems ok

We have a large open plan living room so on trying to warm it the fan struggled to get it up to temperature otherwise pleased with it.

I purchased two air cleanse Vortex fans for my sons who both suffer from hay fever. Occasionally they both work from home and the air cleanse product has helped them by making the environment much more pleasant.
