Everything good with delivery. Easy to set up. Water tastes good. Unfortunately I have great difficulty detaching the water tank from its position. It is very tightly wedged in and takes huge amounts of tugging and shaking to dislodge. As I am elderly, I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to use it

Very efficient company, my item arrived quickly but the wrong colour, I messaged and it was replaced the next working day and collection of the original one has been arranged around our moments.
I had to call the customer service because of a set up issue, got through quickly and had the problem solved, all good

The Vortex Fan Performance is brilliant on Hot or Cold. But even more important is the Prompt and Fantastic response to an issue I had. Had my Fan for approx 4 months, when it began to make a noise when switched to the Oscillation function. It also was a bit jerky rather than the smooth operation initially. But did still work. I E Mailed Customer service and received a prompt response from Ros, asking for a video showing the problem. I sent this off and Ros sent me an E Mail confirming they were sending me a replacement unit. Quick Decision, No Hassle, No Arguments, Happy Days - A good product backed by Excellent Customer Service. Thank You Ros and Vortex.

Great customer service,fan stop rotating and still within the 2 year guarantee so phoned them to see if they could do anything and a replacement fan sent out within days!

Great fans/heaters and great customer service. These heaters are perfect for heating a room without spending a lot on heating the entire house and it's much faster, too.

I had just bought a more expensive one by a famous manufacturer for my wife I then saw Vortex advertised so decided to try one came in less than 24 hours and to be honest so much better than expensive one which cost twice as much

Package arrived quickly and well wrapped. The courier was very friendly and chatty.
Very easy to set up.I've dropped one point as I’m having a little difficulty with the hot settings to use as a heater. but certainly look forward to using it as a cooling fan in the summer heat.
All in all a decent buy.
