Great delivery although more details on when it was to be delivered would have been good.
The item works well ideally if we are just wanting 16 deg of heating being able to drop the power usage would be better

Unfortunately we do not ship weekends as yet, and you order was shipped on the next working day.
Bit pricey for what it is
Bit pricey for what it is, the remote is very cheap and tacky and there is no app to use it, this kinda money there should be an app and remote should definitely be better

Ordering was very easy and the delivery was spot on. Can’t fault the process. Love my Vortex Air Purifier such a smart machine to have on show it’s very quiet and does the job perfectly both hot and cold. I suffer with Asthma and looking forward to seeing the difference during the pollen season. Thankyou Vortex

I have only used the heat but this…
I have only used the heat but this works well to heat up the room. I bought the black fan which looks great however it can with a white remote, this really should have been black! It is a minor issue however I do find that I need to press the buttons several times before they work, numbers on the machine for temperature is confusing

Great fan!
