Overall positive experience. Really glad I received a decent product since the site doesn't have any reviews. Fast shipping, straight forward easy instructions EXCEPT for the two armrests; it was difficult to install. Kind of pricey for a lounge chair. It is comfortable but the leather quality is questionable. It's not as smooth as my other leather chairs. You are pretty much paying for the "imitation of the other name brand classic chair."
