Don't ever order from them

I ordered my “pre-sale” bike on the 13th of October. As stated on the product page, the estimated time of arrival was by the end of October. I asked what the issue was, and they promised it was coming soon. Then they changed the ETA to the end of November. I asked for a refund multiple times, but they said it was impossible to process it at that stage. Only after I opened a dispute through my bank did I get my money back. To conclude, I waited 44 days, and if I hadn’t filed a complaint with my bank, I wouldn’t have seen either my money or the bike.

i got package finally

Hi, i got my package finally. I waited for first order for 3 weeks and then they sent me other package and i got it in 4 days, so id like to say that vostro is ok store, and i will buy again from them.

No help once they get your money

Could I please get an accurate time of delivery. I was told when first purchased on the 19th of August it would be delivered within 7 working days. The website has now changed it to an order item but when I had bought it, it was available to be delivered immediately. I keep getting pushed down the line further and further dates and I am getting frustrated. I have be told three different time frames already, if a company wanted to help the customer they get an accurate time frame from their supplier. I have contacted a competitor and they are willing to get me the bike in two weeks time but it's going to cost me more. You have totally misled me on the time frame for delivery and I missed out on what I wanted the bike for. Can you please contact the supplier and give me an accurate time frame. I tried called but constantly going to voicemail. Terrible will never deal with you again

Delay Delay Delay

I placed an order for the Kukirin C1 Pro Electric Scooter on 03/06/2025. However, I’ve noticed there’s still no update on the shipping status via your website(today is 10/06/2025). I also tried calling your customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, my calls were unanswered and I've sent 2 emails , but again no answer.

Victor, what exactly do you find very bad? The fact that you may be involved in identity theft and/or payment fraud, and we refused to sell to you? We are a reputed marketplace, and we do not tolerate fraudulent transactions on our platform.

Our risk management team politely requested proof of your billing address, which you declined, stating that you had just moved. When we then asked for a government-issued ID, you claimed you had none but somehow possess a credit card from an Irish bank.

You are free to write as many reviews as you like, but rest assured, we will provide Trustpilot with all the necessary information and relevant details.

Nice experience,, engwe t14 for son

The experience was nice. my son is very happy with the engwe T14 electric bike. it's a small bike but suits well for teens. I ordered the grey colour initially but thanks to vostro support for allowing me to change because my son was crazyy about the orange colour.

Beware of Buying Bezior

So where do I begin? This one is goign to be pretty long but for all the right reasons.I was hunting for a bike from the past few months and finally stumbled upon Bezior XF200. looked for the bike on B&M stores near me but most of them didn't have it and the ones that did were too pricey. I narrowed down my hunt online to a company called popocycles first. My friend came over for dinner just bfr and we got talking then I told him about this plan of mine and he advised me against popocycle because he had a bad experience with them.

I got to hunt online again and land at vostrocycles and I gave in, the price was less than poho and they're responsive and customer support seemed nice. 7 days later my bike shows up and everything is looks good, little did I know things were about to change soon. 3 days into riding the controller of the bike fries up and I get onto vostro support they were helpful and shipped me a new controller.

All is well for a week and then one morning out of the blue the battery refuses to turn on. I had to rush to work with a bad mood all day, I emailed vostro about this and they proceeded to take this on Bezior and apply for warranty. Here's where the murky part starts Bezior refuses to send me a new battery and redirects all the blame on me, stating that I overcharged the battery at night. I get back on them strongly and for the first time I felt buying from Vostro was the best decision of my life because guess what?? Vostro gets back at Bezior, Raks from vostro support categorically tells the bezior support guy on email that they have two options, either give me a new battery and fulfill my warranty claim or "Vostro will stop selling Bezior e-bikes henceforth and take the bike back and FULLY REFUND the customer".

I have got my refund finally today and while this entire saga was horrendous. I will take a moment to be thankful to vostro support for standing for their customer's rights rather than giving into Bezior's demands although this meant issues for them with Bezior in the future. This is the right thing any customer focused business should do.

I have now ordered another bike from a diff. brand that Vostro guys recommend with similar specs and hopefully this time everything goes well. Those wondering how I could sneak into the conversations of Vostro and Bezior? All of this happened on emails that were cc between me, Vostro and the terrible crooks at Bezior.

Bike quality is good for the price

Bike quality is good for the price, it's speed restricted for 25 km/h but can be unlocked. Assembly was easy, they sent me a video guide.

The folding bike is good

The folding bike is good...I like it sleek design. It came as promised-packaging was okay but again that depends on how the shipping company handle it. Vostro communication is good they kept me updated...Reducing 1 star for the 3 days delay in delivery although I was told the bike is to arrive in 7 days.

Your order was placed on 6th March and delivered on 15th March, which is effectively 5 business days and is well within our promised delivery schedule of 4-7 business days. Their price is good and support team…

Their price is good and support team was very responsive and kind to answer all of my questions. Since this was my first time purchasing a bike online I was skeptical and had lots of doubts but Alan from Vostro support was huge help. I got the Gunai-V Step on their Women's Day sale and absolutely excited. Overall, good company I would definitely recommend.
