I had a problem with my Voye app
I had a problem with my Voye app. I contact your service and although it’s weekend I got in few second an answer not from a bot , from Julian that was with me until everything worked. It was In my language and it was clear and easy. It took time but finally we made it. I wish that all the customer services were learning from you. Thank you for always being there 🙏 this is really one of the good services I have received

Probleem snel opgelost
Na het installeren van de esim bleef ik een melding krijgen in de app dat de esim niet geinstalleerd was,
na hulp van de helpdesk en enkele wijzigingen in de instellingen bleek alles correct geinstalleerd.

Aunque en este momento estoy con los 100mb de prueba que te dan para ver que tu equipo funciona correctamente, y aún no llega el día de mi viaje, así que no sé cómo funcionará el internet en el extranjero, pero pienso que será igual de bueno. “Pronto hago mi reseña del internet en el extranjero.”

המון זמן שלא נתקלתי בשירות כזה טוב
ניסיתי להתקין את חבילת הגלישה שרכשתי אך ללא הצלחה, דיברתי עם שירות הלקוחות שהסביר לי מה לסדר בהגדרות הטלפון וניסה לאתר את העסקה שלי ולהבין מאיפה נובעת הבעיה.
משהו הסתבך ולא הצלחנו ואני כבר ויתרתי ורכשתי חבילה נוספת חדשה והם התעקשו לבדוק וחזרו עליי עם הסבר מדויק של כל מה שהיה והגיעו לשורש הבעיה.
המון זמן שלא נתקלתי בשירות כזה טוב.

Easy and confortable
I travel all over the world and I used Voye twice. It is very easy ! The internet worked very well.
On the Second time, my cellphone setting were not right, so the internet was not working. I emailed them and in less than an hour, after a couple of E-mail exchange, they understood the problem and everything started to work.
I will keep using for next trips
