I ordered a pair of size 14 WIDE
I ordered a pair of size 14 WIDE. I was shipped a size 15D. Needless to say, they did not fit. I emailed you and was told that it was my responsibility to ship them back at my cost. You offered to send another pair, but was told if they did not fit it would again be my responsibility to pay for returned shipping. In my opinion, having a customer pay for your mistake is poor business. Will no order from you again.
