Professional team and a great machine
The guys at VapeTM are professional and always willing to hop on a call and answer any questions. The machine arrived in great shape and the software and support team are fantastic. Special shoutout to Corey who walked me through the initial questions and purchase and also a shoutout to Darshak on the support team who always knows the solution to a software problem and even hopped on a FaceTime call with me late at night to solve the solution.

Tech support has not been very helpful
Tech support doesn't answer the phone, they always want to just refer you to the help center, they were constantly giving you the reach around about setting a machine up.

Sorry about the runaround. You’re right that we do refer operators to the guides. They cover most setups, which is why we start there. But when they fall short, we should be getting on a call with you, not pointing you back to them again.

I can honestly say I don't think I would have made the purchase without Jacob. I was unsure on several aspects, but luckily, Jacob is very experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had, exercised extreme patience and customer service to not only answer my questions, but to make me comfortable with this transaction, and for that, I can't recommend this company and especially Jacob enough. I'll be back for future business!

Helped keep us informed through the whole process, answered all of our questions, and then everything shipped super fast once we were ready.
Jacob did a great job in following up and made sure we had everything we needed once the machine arrived and checked on us again once the machine had dropped and we had time to get it installed!

I got 2 machines to start and they went super smooth, one was acting lil weird but me and my business partner called support and they helped us out.
