Leaks every time, I have given up on it. Shipping took a very long time as it came from China and had to go through customs. Would not recommend.

I wish I'd scrutinised reviews before buying Vulxies. It is fairly easy to spot the 'real' ones! This product is poorly made and does not hold menstrual blood even under day-to-day conditions. The idea that sex could be 'mess free' wearing these is absurd! The design is fundamentally flawed. I'm frustrated with myself for not doing more research and hope that other buyers will beware before parting with their money. The instruction book that comes with the product is bizarre, and the section on using Vulxies during sex is written with such squeamishness it barely makes sense. Please spend your money on a reputable brand, don't fall for the slick adverts.

Incredibly disappointed by this product and feel completely fooled by the advertising. Cheap product and not as described. I have emailed to enquire about a refund but heard nothing back. I wish I'd read the reviews more carefully. Based on the bad-quality packaging alone there is no way I would be putting this product anywhere near my genitalia. Don't waste your time or money!

Had no idea this was coming from China, nowhere does it say on the website. 9 days since ordering, still no tracking update available as promised. Wish I'd read reviews before hand I would not have purchased.

I really wanted to like this product so I could move away from using cups as I don't like the suction of them any more.
I think it would have been nice to have the purple or pink as a different size to the other as I ordered both and they're both the same... Massive. No matter how many times I've tried to get the disc in I just don't have the room for it and it says poking out, I can get my finger actually inside the disc, I can't tuck the front up behind my pubic bone because there's nowhere for the rest of it to go.
Unfortunately with this product I have wasted my money but it has helped me realise I probably need a smaller diameter, which I was gutted the colour difference didn't signify with vulxies. They also ship from china which is disappointing

Disappointed it was shipped from China, the branding online is very misleading. The product arrived today, doesn’t look like good quality, neither does the packing, the information leaflet also contains spelling errors.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Feels like I wasted my money.

I used the menstrual cup before and always had problems with cramps after inserting the cup. A friend of mine recommended this disc to me, and what can I say? It is life-changing. It comes in a very hygienic case and with a little book with information about the product. It is environmentally friendly as it doesn’t produce any garbage. This investment is definitely worth it! I have no cramps while wearing it, and after a few times, it is so easy to use. Everything stays dry, and it doesn’t start smelling bad. While wearing it, you can’t feel it, and you can leave it in for almost 11 hours, which is great during the day and at work. 

10/10 a must have for every menstruating person

Very easy to insert and remove, always comfortable and no leaks. Absolutely no complaints from me!

I used a disposable version of the menstrual disk from another company and when they ran out i decided to see if there was something more environmentally friendly. I happened upon vulxies and thought I'd give them a go. They're slightly softer than the other version i used, so i had a moment learning how to insert these, but once i figured it out they were great! Far better then the other version at being leak proof for me, possibly due to the softer plastic being more malable to keep the seal. Taking it out again took a bit of releaning but i read some woman preferd standing up to sitting down and so I tried this, and its now also my preferred way :) .. over all im very pleased with it.

Vulxies are a wee bit tricky to get in sometimes, but once you figure it out they’re great - as you can keep it in for up to 12hrs & can have sex without any mess. It doesn’t seem to change the sensation, as there’s a bit of a ribbed texture on the disk & there’s plenty of give in it so it doesn’t restrict any movement 👌

Life changing product. It does exactly what it says it does. All it's claims are tried tested and true. I have ditched pads and period pants in favour of this product. The customer service has been amazing. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant, I was sceptical at first but honestly so glad I just went for it. It didn’t leak from the first time I’ve used it. It’s only been 2 cycles now and I’m absolutely in love. I do wear it with period pants just to be safe but it’s nice knowing I’m used something that’s reusable, comfortable and easy. Also I barely have to empty it and I have a heavy flow so it’s appropriate for work too. Haven’t been brave enough to try sex with it yet though 😂

I've used cups for a long time but find they leak when I'm very heavy. Was really looking forward to trying a menstrual disk which held more but it WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE!!. Never used anything messier and it leaks like crazy. Might as well not be there at all.
I wish I had done more research into the company and reviews. All the 5 star reviews are obviously fake and written by the company

Recently bought one of these but wish I'd seen the reviews before. Slightly suspicious branding and when it came it was a direct order shipped from china. I'm still going to attempt usage and see if it is worthwhile but I don't trust the product and I'm worried it is not as high quality as the website suggests. Other 5 star reviews are clearly written by the company and aren't reflective of the service. I will be looking elsewhere to find a solution

Terrible customer service.
An extra disc was added to my order in error.
I contacted about a refund for the extra disc and it took a long time to get the first reply. They then said I couldn't have refund. I reminded them of my rights and they only offered a partial refund. My email was then ignored about how much they were offering me. It was only when I made a negative comment on their post that someone got in contact and a refund. However.... More than a week later and after I've replied twice, I still haven't had a refund or heard from them again. Really bad customer service. Avoid!!!!

Legit the best solution - it must be magic because the cramps i had with regular cups went away!!!!

Postpartum periods can be unpredictable, but Vulxies has given me confidence back. It's super comfortable, doesn't leak, and is easy to use even when I'm exhausted and juggling a newborn.
