Vusevapor Avis 426

I've been buying these for a long time and all of a sudden, they've started not working. They are still full of liquid and full battery, but when you pull on them it doesn't fire up, instead it just sends loads of metallic vapour down your throat. Which I suspect is the battery. This has happened three times now, I thought it was just something, like one in a million, chance. But now it's caused throat issues, I can't swallow, and it feels like it's burnt the inside of my throat.
So I've messaged vuse customer services and was told, even after given them all the details and batch numbers, videos of them not working, pictures and a deep description. They expect me to stay in from 9am to 5pm so they can pick up the default items. Then take them back and investigate, yet I don't want money or anything refund. It's not about that at all.

If you use these disposable devices I'd start to think again, as I will not be after what they expect when it's not my fault but I'm supposed to wait in all day. These are possibly poisonous when this default happens, so if you do use them be careful that it doesn't happen to yours and if it does stop using them immediately or you'll end up woth tonsillitis like symptoms.

After reading the reviews on here it seems it been an ongoing issue, so why hasn't it been addressed?

The Vuse Vapes are junk if you like wasting your money by all means send it to them if not at least give it to a charity then you know it's going to a good cause and when they say they're going to make it right they don't flat out liars I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy

I have recently returned 4 packs of pods to the retailer as only one pod is working and been given a refund of £6.99 . As and from today i will not be purchasing anymore .

Be careful I signed up for a subscription but the next month changed it to more carts but they charged me for both orders but only sent the new order it kept my money I've contacted them 10 times and they're ignoring me and have stole my money buyers beware scammers they also say u get 1900 puffs but that's also a lie

I have been a VUSE user for quite some time. From time to time the coils burn out before the juice is finished. I usually just throw these away, but it is happening more often and is getting very aggravating. My favorite flavor is rich tobacco but when buying 2 packs the juice is not always the same color. I have kept the last 5 pods if there is a way to send the picture to you. This is about $50 of wasted money as these did not last long. I contacted the customer service chat and got Adrian. I answered what must have been 2-30 questions and finally got tired of it and disconnected.

The worst disposable ever! There's no flavor and you get a dry mouth. Never again!!!!

They leak so bad that you loose your money. Switch to Logic E cigs way better, last longer and taste better.
The human race can build submarines that dive deep in the ocean but Vuse cannot make one single oil that doesn’t leak.
Market scam, make them run out so you need to buy more

Absolutely bloody awful. Bought from Co-op because they were on offer. You get what you pay for. Awful taste, didn't last a day and not enough air flow. Wish I'd spent a bit more and got something I'm happy with. Wont be falling for that one again...

They say that this e-cigarette should last 4-600 puffs, but that's really not true. Have bought 2 pieces with Creamy tobacco flavor and they lasted for 2 days and maybe 100 puffs. And considering that they cost SEK 100 each here in Sweden, it is incredibly expensive

2 devices bought this month stopped working ....devices got extremely hot with bottom of pod too and started hissing. Extremely dangerous. Liquid can leak into mouth for some reason. Company won't refund or replace. Avoid. Not fit for market

I bought a VuseGo strawberry ice hoping it would be a nice strong flavour like Stilth, vice or Twist.
It has no flavour! I might as well be sucking air through a straw.
Complete waste of money and of course no returns or refund.

Kaputte epods im Wert von 300-400€ über Monate verkauft. Dann noch richtig gezögert und mich sonst was für Daten und Belege und so raussuchen lassen. Am Ende dann nicht erstattet trotzdem es mir zuletzt zugesagt wurde und alles vorlag. Ich hab bestimmt 10 weitere E-Mails geschrieben und werde bis heute seit einigen Monaten ignoriert.
Frag mich, wieso das kein Riesen Skandal war. Kann ja nicht die einzige gewesen sein bei der in jeder Packung über Monate mind. 1 von 2 Pods für 9,95€! Nicht funktioniert hat und ich dampfe echt viel und oft.
Dann frage ich mich, wieso auf dessen Website mit einer 5**** Bewertung auf Trustpilot geworben wird…. Also bei Trustpilot gibt es kein Vuse mit der Bewertung. Sehr merkwürdig! Sowieso merkwürdig bei a) den Preisen b) den „Kundenservice“ c) Millione defekter epods die verkauft wurden und dann unterm Teppich gekehrt und nichtmal Mängelgewährleistung leisten….
Ihr schuldet mir ne MengeKohle und der Verbraucherschutz sollte sich euch mal genauer ansehen und Presse

Used Vuse for a while, brought the epod vape and the pods, they leaked a lot or messed up. Apparently I have a 500 puff disposable and yet when a 600 can last me a day and half, that lasted me... from about 1pm till 8pm... explain that...

Vuse really sucks! The pods leak and burn your lips and tongue. They sell them when you can obviously see the oil is burnt and tastes awful, but because its a tobacco product, you can't get a refund. Some pods don't work at all. The prices have gone up so much, that it would be cheaper going back to cigarettes. Pack of 305's is $5.++ one pod works out to $8.++! Plus I'm sure the cigarettes will work evertime.
Vuse offers coupons on their website, but you can't use them. That doesn't work either. Of course they won't mail you any coupons that you can actually use either.
They absolutely SUCK!

I have tried many, many different types of vape, from the extremely expensive to the super cheap. This is by far the worst. No matter the flavour, they are absolutely disgusting. Tastes nothing like the advertised flavour. Also for some idiotic reason they have decided to have two different mods which do exactly the same thing except they are incompatible with one another and the packaging doesn't make this clear in any way. Truly awful.

Ive bought a couple of vuse go vapes from asda and they are shocking! No flavour no smoke and just feels like puffing air. Couldnt get a refund either so a tenner down the pan. Avoid! They are useless

Awful disposable vapes. So bad in fact, that after just 3-4 puffs, I felt the need to seek out a review platform to share just how bad they are And immediately go back in to the shop to buy a different brand.

I can barely taste the strawberry and kiwi flavour, there’s no nicotine hit - it feels like you’re smoking on to an empty pen with the ink removed and hardly any smoke from the device. I can’t help but think I’ve been conned. I will be avoiding all Vuse products going forward.

Why the big stores think it’s a good idea to stock such a poor disposable vape is beyond me. Bought from an M&S BP Garage. Won’t be making that mistake again…

Asda selling these off cheap, no wonder, I might as well of chewed on nicotine , the taste is foul! Definitely going out of business! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

In NY a 2 pack (you can only buy 2 or 4 now) of these pods is $20 plus 33% tax. I've never had a pack where both pods work in 2 years. Even the ones that work drip fluid into your mouth. It's also a joke trying to get anything back for it. Just use juul so you don't waste money.
