I have been vaping vuse for a few years now and the quality of the product has gone down drastically. I used to be able to exchange the cartridges at the store when I opened them in front of the clerk. Now, the stores are refusing to exchange the cartridges because they say “they are good.” Which is not the true. The vape liquid is very dark almost brown.

I used their products for 2 years off and on, it got to the point where I had a collection about 30 pods that were fully filled but would not work or tasted like burnt metal after 2-3 hits. Of course the gas stations told me to contact the company, never got a response. BE ADVISED, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. After doing some research, this is a trend that goes back for 2 years. This company knows about it but still markets these products. That should tell you all you need to know.

Bought one from BP 1st red flag was the cashier trying to convince me to go to the corner shop to get one I was in a rush so I just bought it anyway 1st puff tasted like burnt paper and after about 2 hours of use it’s died no way in hell this is 500 puffs I couldn’t of had more than 50

Vuse Go, Lasts less than 24 hours. Piece of junk. Don't waste money on this.

Nowhere near 500 puffs. Elfbar lasts several days, vuse go a few hours at most

AVOID... AVOID...AVOID as this company are scammers. I purchased a batch of 12 vapes from the Vuse store in Cribbs Causeway, on behalf of a friend. These offered 500 puffs per vape, but you were lucky to get 50 when the vape died. This is disgraceful, and false advertising!

I rang to speak to a staff member at Cribbs Causeway, and was fobbed off. I then rang customer support who didn't show any concern as to whether a batch may be faulty. I had a receipt as proof of purchase but no refund, or replacement was offered. As a company, surely you would offer an apology if a customer isn't happy with their purchase. This company is cold and dismissive, and are not offering a professional service. Please DO NOT buy from VUSE, you will not get a legitimate purchase. They are 100% scammers!. I gave 1* reluctantly, shall I say -1* is more appropriate.

I agree with April. Something has changed. The price sky rocketed and the quality went down the drain. Their Pods leak more and are not a good liquid quality (like they use to be). The last few times I've bought the 4 pack, half if not 3 quarters of them had already leaked (in the package). Don't buy.

Vuse GO. Absolute crap. Had it for an hour and it ran out already. My elf bar lasts 2 days. Total waist of money. Vuse GO AWAY.

Vape flavourless and didn't last long less than 10 hours and didn't use much will not be buying again waste of money

Bought one of these today and the pods - completely useless waste of money. Doesn't charge doesn't switch on - the pods stink and I feel completely violated spending my hard earned cash on this piece of crap especially from a chemist of all places.

Something changed with these. When they were cheaper they were better. Now they leak, have no taste and the color is off after you open it. I bought it to quit cigarettes and it costs me just as much now. If not more. They don't last hardly a day and that is if they are even usable.

Tastes really bland. Like strawberry? More like paper. And really doesn't last at all - all my disposables last at least four days. This one barely a day...

Was using product and product. Leaked all in my mouth and burnt my lips ask for a refund But all they could do was give me a coupon. That was buy 1 get 1 free as they told me. It was going to be a free coupon to replace the one that bursted in my mouth. And also ruined the device used to smoke out of. Honestly I've been using it for a little bit now and I'm very disappointed going back to Escobar.

I have bought the Alto and so many times the pods leak into my mouth. The Golden tobacco is a nice flavor, but NOT when it leaks into my mouth and goes down my throat! I contacted costumer service months ago, and they promised to issue a refund for the several pods I purchased. Well, as I said, that was months ago. Since then, I have purchased more, and same thing. They NOW (I feel), owe me a LOT of $$!! I have recently switched over to Vuse Vibe and no issues, and in fact, it lasts a LOT longer! I feel they just pacify their consumers by promising a refund, and hoping we will forget. Well, I don't forget, I'm very disabled and live on a small check, and have my funds split for everything in my life. I cannot afford for a company like this to have me throw away my $$ for garbage!

They don’t taste great and they don’t last long AT ALL. Only a couple of hours and it was dead. Definitely not up to 500 puffs as advertised. Maybe if a mouse was vaping it they’d get 500! But a human? Never!

What a waste of money! Massive disappointment!

Bought 2 from Tesco as a NRT to help me stop smoking. The 1st one, Strawberry didn't even last a day . I thought there is no way I had 500 puffs. Conscious of this I counted the 2nd one and it was 127 puffs.

I think we should start a class action law suit !! I get one good pod out of a 4-pack . I have spent so much money on the pods and I get mostly very dark pods that taste like crap / burnt ..
