I honestly thought I'd been sold a fake vuse go vape. So I checked and its genuine.
2 hours it lasted, 2 HOURS! about 50 to 60 puffs if that.
An elf bar the same size last 2 to 3 days. Just shocking. I'll never buy another vuse product again.
Don't waste your money buy another brand.

Worst disposable vapes, normally use elfbar... bought a vuse disposable vape today was gone 3 hours later.... Will never buy again

Have no idea how they are not regulated or fined out of a box of ten disposable pens vapes one third didn't work the rest wouldn't even last 50 puffs and they advertise it for 500!!!

what a rubbish is this! 50 puffs and it's done, and they trying to be professional and give a warranty..for what I am asking?? you should pay people to use your products

Thought the 1st two disposable vapes weren't reaching 500 puffs so the 3rd I counted and didn't even reach 100! I got 82 puffs before it died. At £6 a vape not even lasting a day that's ridiculous. Stay clear of them

I am well aware that tobacco companies are not your friends not do they have your best interest in mind. They way I look at this is through the lense of a consumer. It seems as if they raise their prices every 3 months. Batteries went from .99 to 9.99 then they raised the pods from $5 to $7 now almost 9 dollars. It used to be in competition with cigarettes and I appreciated the lack of tar I recieve from vaping but there has to be a line. These guys are bad business. Their tactics are well observed. If they did that with any other product you guys would be put of business. They prey on people and their situations. I would give zero stars and a call to the BBB if I could.

The first 5 packs I got, all tasted burnt - that’s 10 different pods, all faulty. I reported to them right away and had to wait over a week for a reply, by which time the faulty goods had gone in the bin.
I checked my account to cancel the subscription because it was so bad but no upcoming orders or subscriptions showed, so I assume they’d cancelled it.

A month later I had the money taken from my account for the subscription. I contacted them immediately to ask that they cancel it and refund the money. I was told that they can’t do that because they can’t contact the warehouse (honestly, what a ridiculous rubbish system if you can’t even say “hey, order #123456 is cancelled, don’t pack it”).

So I had to then wait for the package to be picked, sent and delivered delivered (an awful awful waste of workers time, my time, and fuel), refuse the delivery, and wait for the refund which I was told would be processed immediately upon the packages return to the warehouse. I was told a support agent would keep an eye on the packages progress.

It was returned early in the day a few days later, heard nothing from the support agent so send yet another email later that day. Was told that this would be processed with urgency and I’d be told when that had been done. A few days pass and I’ve still heard nothing about the refund even being processed.

This has been ongoing since 14th Feb.

Really terrible and rude customer service as well as flimsy, poor quality products, a website that doesn’t work properly, and awful inter-team communication and order processing procedures.

I can’t recommend enough that you do not use this company. There are plenty of companies who make better products, for better prices, and with better customer treatment.

I have 2 new sets of Vuse starters packs. I am a Marlboro tobacco lover, but I also keep a vapor with me , so decided to get Vuse instead of BLU to try, all seemed fun, magnetic charger, easy breezy, NO, new batteries, chargers & pods 2 one has 25%left, other 50% +in , charging one, 2 days, replaced the pods , but still felt this gasoline taste like the cartage is empty. Switching over between 2 almost new batteries, chargers etc. to see what is going on. So what I see is , the pods ( liquid) cartages from quarter to 3 quarters left, and won’t work anymore. So basically You are being scammed as a costumer.You see in Black & White, they refills have more than half left, but getting already that gasoline taste.So far testing most. The easiest to charge it’s Vuse, but worth of $ , NO!! You get the full new set, checking the amount of a liquid left, half full, and nothing comes out. So I opened just a totally new pod with liquid cartage , to compare & see what is going on here. SO ITS CLEAR that the refills are a bluff. You think you are all set for date night or whatnot, nope, you get maybe 70-100 puffs, and seeing/comparing all like a scientist, and you will see, rip-off. The “ GENIUS “ Who came up with this ripp-off plan, “ let’s block the nicotine level oil working when it’s 50% left, should be charged with false advertising, scamming, schemes, IRS visitors etc. IS THERE ANYONE in USA , who is NOT want to scam everyone possible & make a fake stuff up, “ just keep quiet, we will send you a new!” HELL NO, sick of the human trash calling themselves a company?? What company? Company of Muu-Muu tit-suckers?!! You better compensate for people believing your scam, cause little things are the most important, you mess up, you clean your mess before ALL of you involved will get 4-7 counts.., and don’t mess with anyone, because you don’t know if you are messing with a wrong person.

Price gouging. Prices have tripled in price in a year. 75 percent of the time you get burnt pods right out of the package and you can’t exchange them in the store so you’re screwed if you’re low on cash. Quality control is terrible. Prices are now outrageous.

I've tried the epen, epod and vuse go...they all taste like morning breath after a boozy night out with a fair bit of puking and you forgot to brush your teeth. Literally don't do it....every single other brand has figured out a palatable flavour, I cannot fathom how Vuse gets it so wrong.

Constant problems with pods quitting while still half full… at 8 bucks a pod my attempts to get replacements went unanswered after the first contact, and then the price almost tripled over an 18 month span! Sorry RJ Reynolds… not paying that price… thanks for forcing me to quit.

The Vuse Go disposal vapes claim to have 500 puffs, I had 3 and all 3, only lasted about half a day and if I was lucky I'd get 100 puffs max (but 70 puffs was closer to what I really had out of each)
On complaint to Vuse, not only were they slow to respond but wanted me to subscribe before replacing ????
I had to in the end subscribe and I had in replacement a Vuse epod2 along with 3 packs of Pods to go with it
Now before you think that I had the better end of the replacement, you couldn't do far from the truth, firstly the epod2 goes flat (from full charge) in no time at all under below medium usage BUT the real kicker was that the pods themselves were almost flavourless to the point that I had to check to see if I had any juice left and what flavour I had in it !!!!!
Bottom line is that Vuse claim this and that BUT it's very untruthful.
As a Vape and Tech reviewer I strongly DO NOT recommend these products whatsoever and it's customer care is almost pointless as it took well over a week for them to even acknowledge and even longer to send me out the replacement
Steer clear and go with a more reputable company that actually wants you to trust their claims along with wanting you to return as a happy customer

Vuse go is a scam, bought it at 10 and it's 18:00 and in the trash, barely used it today.

Bad product and rip off .. customer service is worse especially in lakeside branch ..

I bought it at 7 this evening and by 10.30 it's finished, the elf bar lasts me 48 hours 🤬

The vuse go disposables taste disgusting. The purple grape tastes like Benadryl and I got a salmon pink one take tastes like Buckleys. I got 2 of the to try.. and I wish I hadn’t.

Vuse GO promises 500 puffs, I doubt if I even got to 200 probably around 150 if I could give a real estimate, In 12 hours that is, the next morning I woke up it was dead

Spend to much money on a four pack and only 3 works

February 18 or so I called views the pods did not work. They sent me a prepaid package to send them back to them. They promised me a refund yeah right, this is the first company that promised a refund and never gave it , they lie they tell you what they want you to hear , I will be done using them shortly , and they went up two dollars a package , Bad customer service, then raise it up two dollars
