Huge withdrawal hassle investing from Norway
Huge withdrawal hassle if you're investing from norway and id imagine Scandinavia in general,
took 60 days to recieve a withdrawal after going back and forth between my bank and wahed more than 20 times and lost $150 in transfer fees on $2000 withdrawl
not 1 star as the support was good and did try to fix the issue sincerely but regardless its clear they have poor infrastructure on the backend
In the meantime i realized if you bother trading through an established platform+sharia screener with even little manual research and management from zero knowledge got me better returns in less time, with less money invested, less fees on withdrawal and faster withdrawals as well ($2000 over multiple months got me +$83 on wahed, $1200 in under a month got me +$92 manually with much lower total fees, wasted time and hassle upon withdrawal )

Wahed has made investing for Muslims easy to understand and simple. The app is clean, beginner friendly but also makes it clear what risks are involved.
The few times I have had an issue, their customer support team has responded swiftly and given me the support I need.

Wahed provide ethical and halal investment with nice options of risk levels to cater our investment return expectations. The apps is amazing and easy to use. the returns is beyond expectations and comparable with conventional investment returns. The customer service is brilliant and fast response.

EXCELLENT BUT SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Amazing app, very happy with investments and growth but their service when there is a query or problem is quite poor.
This aspect needs to improve if they are truly to become great.
Overall though very happy as a Muslim on WAHED.
