Gareth at Waistaway has been fantastic support! I was on the Total Diet Replacement, 3 shakes a day plan for around 6 months and lost 100 pounds (about 46kg). The first couple of weeks are really hard - if you've heard of the Keto Flu it's tough! But Gareth helped me through it and after that it is a little easier. I finished about 3 months ago and still provide weekly weigh ins to help and do far my weight is stable. Gareth is there throughout to help and support and I'm the most confident I've ever been after losing weight that I will keep the weight off. Thankyou Gareth and waistaway!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Brilliant !!! don’t feel hungry at all. Started replacement meals 12/3/25 on wk three now. It’s pleasant to drink even nicer with a bit of ice smashed in it. Roll on summer and a lighter me 🥰
