Big scam
Big scam, when you have some problems with your phones they will ignore you, is not a real company, at the first time the phones looks good but internally the components are so poor, they use cheap battery, cheap screens, cheap cameras.... dont buy here is a biggest scam, they clean carefully the phones for it looks good but they sold phones with problems and when you contact them only received a BIG IGNORE. IS A SCAM AND FALSE COMPANY

Ich bin hier schon Kunde seit ca. 1 Jahr und kann die negativen Bewertung gar nicht verstehen. Ich hatte immer eine super Kommunikation mit Angel und die Lieferzeiten wurden immer respektiert -selbst jetzt in der Coronazeit. Wakephone ist klasse und ich bleibe definitiv weiterhin hier Kunde!

Still waiting my iPhone...
I had the same bad experience of Antonio who wrote the last feedback two days ago. I paid my order 15 days ago and i didn’t have information about my tracking number yet. I’m writing every day to the customer support by WhatsApp but the answer is always the same... “yes darling i will let you know...” I try to call the customer support but they don’t answer at the phone.... The way how they support me until Today is not professional and my feeling is that this is a fake company. I think I will never receive my iPhones. However, I will update you how it will end this story....

The worst experience shopping in an…
The worst experience shopping in an online store in my entire life. I've felt worse than when you get ripped off. I placed an order 15 days ago and I still have not received the tracking. I've been talking to support for several days and they always write me the same message that I should wait 24 more hours. Even without knowing if my order will arrive or not and if they will keep my money or not, what has bothered me the most has been the poor customer service and I feel as if I were talking to robots. I do not know if they will be able to solve the situation, if they succeed I will update your opinion. Thanks for reading me.

Ordered a refurbished iphone xr 64 GB in very good condition. And was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the phone for the price. Phone was fully functional. Overall, the product was in excellent condition and worth the money. And I will certainly recommend others seeking a refurbished iphone to consider ordering from this site. Tracking information was also provided with regular updates on the shipping of the product.
