I couldn’t fault Walker Dunn. Every step of the process was professionally handled and explained. We received our level 2 report a few days after our survey was carried out. It was all easy to understand and very in depth. Every element that was inspected and graded came with an explanation of how the surveyor had arrived at their decision along with potential further points to be aware of and a recommendation of steps to take to fix them. I would use them again in future and would definitely recommend them.

The survey was a good competitive price. I received the survey back 3 days after the surveyor had visited the property as they stated i would. I had level 2 survey and was happy with all the info from it
