Their imp pages were broken and they weren't competitive
Their pages/apps to create an account, and verify a phone were broken, and, since those didn't work, I tried another provider, where the same test I wanted was HALF the price of "Walkin", AND all their pages worked on the first attempt! ("DrSays") STRIKE 2 ....

Great process - simple, clear, efficient - no extra costs
I was able to order the labs that I believed I needed, without requiring a doctor's order or review. Had the results been unusual or disturbing, I would then have seen a doctor for interpretation and advice. I did not get the usual insurance discounts, but I did not have to pay a doctor when I did not need one. The order process and results report were easy and straightforward. Walk-In Lab gave me clear instructions and information on how soon I should expect results. They also directed me to the appointment scheduling page for the Labcorp test site.

Great Experience for First Time
Quick turn around on lab reports, and process was smooth, payments were reasonable. Results returned in less than 24 hrs.. appointment with LabCorp went very quick and I highly recommend Walk in labs..

Easy to work with
It is nice to have some control over your health and order the labs you’re interested in. Most of the prices are reasonable which allows individuals without insurance to get what they need and with convenience. I’ve had a great experience.

Always easy to choose and order tests and the labs prefer it when you have your own paperwork and payment. I was able to get a refund when I was required to change labs.

A well organized and pleasant experience from start to finish
The environment at Walk-in labs is far superior to any doctor's office I've ever used in the past for my blood work. It was cool, quiet, spacious and private. The phlebotomist was highly skilled, efficient and cheerful. My results were available on-line within 1 business day which is excellent. I was very impressed with the overall experience which is why I come back each year for my annual blood work-up.

A great option for lab work
Easy to schedule, great pricing, friendly staff. This is my second visit and I will be returning. The lab order was very easy to order on the website. The website is very easy to navigate and there were numerous scheduling opportunities available. I would definitely recommend Walk-in-Lab.
