In 2017, we took our interest in wall art and home decoration one step further and began our e-commerce adventure. From those days until today, our team of 2 has grown to 7 people. Our carefully selected collections have been loved and appreciated by thousands over the years. As a result, we continue our journey with tens of thousands of satisfied customers. Actually, luck has always been by our side. We never liked flat print canvases but oil paintings weren't always accessible for everyone. How could we make the most beautiful and special paintings available to everyone at the most affordable prices? What did we do? We combined printing with oil painting. And there you have the right formula. Our aim is to infuse life and creativity into living areas. We are driven by the belief that paintings should not just decorate homes but should tell stories, evoke emotions, and leave a lasting impression.

We purchased a painting from Wallartt as we wanted something that looked like a real painting rather than a canvas. I have to say that we were not disappointed, The picture was exactly what we wanted and very good quality. 3d textured oil paintings look amazing!
Sometimes you wonder when you see an advert, if you're truly getting the real thing. These are the real deal. I have bought two of the heavily textured 3d oil paintings. They look absolutely amazing on my wall. Very well packed and came in the 4-5 week timeframe I was quoted at the beginning. Very happy with these and will be hard not to keep buying more!!

What felt like a long delivery wait, upon arrival the picture exceeded my expectations. The 3d textured art really stands out in my large kitchen. Communication from the company was very prompt which I appreciated. Highly recommended the company.

Superb Centre Piece
Although we suffered delays in shipping to UK and then the shipment to our home. Wallart were able to sort out the issues and we took delivery of our Artwork. The picture is as described and looks superb as a centre piece for our lounge.

Fantastic art and great customer service
We placed an order for some wall art, which looks absolutely fantastic. There was an issue, appears to have been caused by the courier, that there was a very very minor finger print of the art. The way that it was resolved by Wallart was excellent, great communication and swift resolution to an issue that from my perspective was not directly theirs. Thank you do much.

Stretched out photo with bits of paint splashed on
I ordered a painting hoping it would look like it did on the website, but when it arrived it turned out to seemingly be a stretched out photo across a canvas, with blobs of paint thrown on top.
Thankfully Wallartt refunded the art and paid for the return within days of me raising the return request.

Before this review, we had already been in contact both prior to the delivery of the painting and after our customer requested a return. We organized the return process and issued a full refund immediately after receiving the painting back.
Following the customer's review, we also sent two separate emails asking if we had made any mistakes or if there was anything we could do to make it right, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
Despite having hundreds of satisfied customers, we understand that since our customers shop online without seeing the paintings in person, we offer unconditional returns for any dissatisfaction.
Although we resolved the process with our customer as quickly and easily as possible from their perspective, the 1-star review saddened us deeply. However, we have taken this negative feedback as a lesson and a motivation to continue improving and offer even better paintings in the future.

Regarding the painting you mentioned you didn’t like, we also haven’t made any sales to Ireland this year.

We ordered a large stunning painting of waves in the sea. We are so impressed with the quality of the painting. We had it framed in black and, my goodness, it is incredible! I received my beautiful painting. The service was great , my parcel got lost by the delivery company however the wallart company replied very quickly to me and managed to track it down. I was offered multiple options through the process and eventually after a short wait received my painting in perfect condition. Highly recommend
