I am requesting a refund from my credit card company. Avoid

Ordered a framed print on 4 Jan and nothing received. Sent numerous emails (there's no phone number listed anywhere for them!) and eventually got a response after threatening to contact my card provider, saying they would ship. Again, nothing received and now ignoring my emails again. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I really wish I’d read reviews before purchasing!! Wallart direct are scammers!! They actually did deliver a painting to me but it certainly wasn’t what I bought! Lloyds bank were utterly useless and didn’t give me my money back so my advice to people is to switch banks. That way, you can stick 2 fingers up to your bank and earn £175 by switching to first direct, for example. Overall, this company needs to be shut down!!

After ordering a red/burgundy picture with them which says delivery would be within 2 days, my order took 3 weeks to come, I put this down to the Christmas period. When it arrived it was nowhere near the original photo. I emailed the same day and had a response from someone called 'Ash' who said he will retry and get a new one to me. After 2 months of emails and calls I have had no further response.

I ordered a large canvas from this business - I should have read the reviews! I wish I had!!
But the website looked good, and on the surface, everything seemed fine, plus I loved the picture.
I got an order confirmation saying it takes 7 days for the order to come out and it is put together by hand - Yah righto!!
7 days later hearing nothing, I rung - engaged - i have rung every day - it is always engaged!
They offer live chat on their website but there is nothing to click.
There is an email address - I have emailed over 10 times - nothing!
I parted with £126, luckily I did this through Paypal, so I have had a full refund and they are raising a dispute.
My husband tracked them down on companies house to a woman and an address, she runs the business out of her house it seems and the accounts are very dodgy.
I also now think that the positive reviews on here are just fake, but there are way more negative views with exactly the same experience as me.
Whatever you do - DO NOT order from this business.
I have also contacted Trading Standards and raised the issue with them too.

These guys are scammers - I usually research an online company I have never heard of but forgot to before placing my order (canvas wall art). When I chased them for an update a few times I received no response. Only when I threatened to call Amex and request a refund did they reply saying my order will be shipped "shortly". It was obvious by a lack of a date they had no intention of shipping anything. I requested a refund and when they again stopped responding I contacted Amex who refunded me. Do not trust this company. Order was placed 4th Jan 2026.

Having written to them on numerous occasions they have still not delivered my order dated 13.12.25. They have taken my money but ignored all my emails. I wouldn't be surprised if they have gone into liquidation but continue to trade. Very suspicious and should be avoided at all costs. Surely this company should be investigated and shut down.

It's taken 3 months to get my money back with help from my bank. This scam company challenged it claiming the goods had been delivered. Fortunately, their lies were exposed.

I ordered picture of a German Shepherd…
I ordered picture of a German Shepherd on the 28th December 2025, it stated that you needed to allow 7 working days for the order to be delivered, on the 11th January 2026 I emailed for a update on my order, no response, I then tried through their message mail, no response. I then contacted my credit card company informing them of a none delivery/fulfillment of my order, they give me a temporary refund of the cost of the order. I received a text message from my bank yesterday, stating that Walmart direct challenged my claim of a refund, the bank have now given them 30 days to provide proof of delivery. I wished that I had checked with trust pilot before dealing with this company, my advice is avoid doing business with them!
Item never arrived, no communication
I messaged the company to see whether could do two canvases, similar but not the same, so they could work as a pair. I received the following reply about 20 minutes later - "Hi Demi,
I can certainly make the Red Abstract Strokes Canvas Art pieces slightly different for you! This will ensure they work together as a coordinated set for your space.

Confident, I placed the order and replied to confirm I had done so with order number (Order #17796-WAD).
That was on January 24th.
Since then I have sent 6 emails, had zero replies. Tried calling phone number, multiple times, across multiple days always to same error 'User busy'.
I have tried clicking online chat, which although has an icon, does not exist.
It has been well over a month, I've requested a refund. Terrible experience. Feels like a scam. Would avoid at all costs.
Poor delivery times, faulty print and zero communication!
How is this company still trading?
Ordered a gift for Christmas in November, said 7 days delivery but it didn't arrive so I chased but got no response and then I read the other terrible reviews and figured it probably wasn't going to arrive! To my surprise after buying the recipient another gift it arrived on the 23rd December! I then found out from the gift recipient that the print was faulty, it has puckered in places and look awful. I have been emailing wall art since January with no response. I have now submitted a charge back claim with Barclaycard. AVOID!
