Used WPW to calculate the wood required…
Used WPW to calculate the wood required for my wall. Calculator worked well and gave me a list of what I needed so I placed the order. However despite saying I needed 15 lengths I really could have done with 1 extra length as a couple of the rails needed to be made with a join, despite following the cutting and installation guide they generate. Also it planned for 4 tubes of adhesive but I really needed 5 so had to go to B&Q for an extra tube.
The overall service was good though and the MDF was well cut and primed as I ordered. Delivery was as they advertised.
You can do it cheaper by cutting your own MDF but if you don't have a good track saw or similar then there is no way to easily get the precision they provide. Overall I would recommend and would use again but would over order slightly next time.

I wanted something that would stand up…
I wanted something that would stand up to the rigours of Files. So I used this panel as a shelf. It is great, it will never sag and is very strong. It looks good. Only moan was that I had to clean it up as it was not covered in plastic??
But otherwise a first rate experience!!

Firstly you won't get the quoted delivery time regardless if you pay extra for it. They give me a delivery day two weeks ahead of my order date when I paid for super fast delivery of 1-2 days.
Got a message from their delivery person the day before saying 7am delivery. On the day of delivery, no show. Then messaged again at 12pm saying, sorry, "family incident". Rang head office 12 times no reply.
Scheduled the day after and wrong items had been delivered. Got 18mm dado rail instead of 25, and 80mm panneling instead of 95.. not so easy to see when you've booked two days off work for a poor delivery.
Emailed head office two weeks ago and no reply.
Spend your money elsewhere because as you can see from these reviews, this company does not care about customer service

Firstly, regarding the delivery timeframe: if you paid for an expedited service, you should have received it within the stated window. A two-week lead time followed by a failed delivery and lack of communication is understandably frustrating, especially after you had booked time off work.
While unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect a route, you should never be left chasing us or calling repeatedly without an answer. We also sincerely apologise for the incorrect items being delivered.
The lack of response to your email is particularly concerning and not acceptable. That is not how we operate, and it will be investigated internally.
We would genuinely like the opportunity to put this right. Please contact us directly at info@wallpanelsworld.co.uk with your order number so we can urgently review your case, arrange collection of the incorrect items, and ensure the correct products are supplied or a suitable resolution is agreed.
We understand your frustration and are sorry for the disruption this has caused.

Awful service, AVOID! Samples haven't arrived after 4 weeks of waiting. I cannot get a response to find out where they are despite numerous emails.

Terrible company
Terrible company, i paid for samples that I never received, I sent the company two emails that they never replied to. If they can't be bothered to send samples or respond to emails, what chance would I have had of ever receiving panels if I had ordered them, of which there is ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE.

Easy panelling!
Considering I had never panelled before or done any form of DIY or decorating, Wall Panels World’s tongue and groove panelling was so easy to put up. The quality of the product was great and the service was impeccable from start to finish. We used the tongue and groove pack in my daughter’s nursery and finished it off with one of their dado rails! I love how expensive it looks and the character it adds to the room. Super pleased with it!

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered samples (which I paid delivery for) on 30/09. They arrived last week (02/11). I even chased via email. Absolute shambles of a company don’t bother
