the worst Airline I have ever flew…

the worst Airline I have ever flew with, I paid for Philippine Airlines and got Wamos, very small and uncomfortable seating, even the aisles are so narrow.
Most of the staff are Spanish and have broken English, the safety crew officer could not be understood by anyone?

Prenotato volo serale del 20.01.24 su…

Prenotato volo serale del 20.01.25 su Abu Dhabi con Ethiad ma operato da Wamos senza esserne stati avvisati .
Posto corridoio vicino al bagno della zona "business" , che chiamarla così fà veramente sorridere .
Data perdita di acqua dal bagno , sotto al mio posto si è formato un piccolo lago , problema tamponato con asciugamani e carta assorbente intorno alla cabina del bagno!!!
Aereo vecchio , mal tenuto , cibo scarsissimo .... davvero no so cosa altro dire di peggio .
Mai mi sarei aspettato un comportamento del genere da parte di Etihad , dato che il costo era per un volo "serio" , non come questo di terza categoria .
Prossimamente sempre e solo Emirates per queste destinazioni

ho acquistato un volo di ritorno da abu…

ho acquistato un volo di ritorno da abu dhabi a mxp con compagnia Etiiad nel mese di novembre e ieri 22 gennaio mi sono trovata il volo cambiato con la compagnia Vamos . Pessimo comportamento di E. L'aereo utilizzato è supereconomico, paragonabile a easyjet con sedili durissimi, e poco reclinabili .RUMOROSISSIMO al limite della sopportazione ( non si sentivano i video in cuffia xchè coperti dal rumore dell'aeromobile). 7 ore di volo invece delle 6 prenotate .Ovviamente nessun risarcimento dalla compagnia prenotata.

To suddenly have your flight changed…

To suddenly have your flight changed from a TUI dreamliner to a Wamos utilitarian flight is to put it lightly, upsetting as I'd never seen a good word about Wamos, and now I know why.

Firstly I would like to invite the CEO of both Wamos and Tui to endure a 10 hour flight with NO legroom, a tray you can't even fold down, substandard food (must have been the cheapest selection Service Air could supply) 1 drink, and a sour faced crew, who slept most of the flight.

We had paid for extra legroom and were assured at check in we would have this, when your knees are literally rammed against the seat in front we knew we did not.

If I again am told I am flying on a Wamos flight, I will be looking for an alternative option, whatever the cost.

It completely took the bloom off what had been a lovely holiday.

Tui replacement

Tui flight home from Punta Cana cancelled last minute and replaced with Wamos air. Delayed by 3 hours. Originally had premium seats with tui, but no premium seats on this aircraft (or even extra legroom seats!), but seemed even more cramped than standard seats on the Dreamliner, never mind for a long haul flight. The man next to us didn’t even have enough room to put his tray table down.
Night flight so plane took off in darkness (normal) but was pitch black for 3 hours following this - not even given a drink of water within this time. Just everyone sitting there clueless in the dark- the only light was from the tv screens, which couldn’t even be used because they didn’t supply headphones. Staff unhelpful. It was an incredibly poor and frustrating end to what was a lovely holiday.

Melbourne to Manila

We flew from Melbourne to Manila on the 29/12 with Wamos, initially booking with Philippine airlines. I was very concerned after reading the reviews, however, we experienced nothing but great service. The flight attendants were approachable, and professional. The amenities and comfort were as expected for an economy flight. I flew with my family of six, all adults all experienced flyers and all us were pleasantly surprised.

Average experience with WAMOS

Was on a flight Melb to Manila on Wamos Air. Courtesy of PAL for choosing this airline. Even tho I would have prefered PAL both ways. Haven't heard of this airline before. Plane was A330-200

pros:
- Crew was friendly, tended to our meals, gave us amenities for overnight flight
- Pilot was professional - buttered the landing (get an extra star for that)
- Flight was on time

cons:
- Seats are too small, space was lacking leading to an uncomfortable seating position. Hard to sleep
- Engine was unusually more noisy even in the cabin, almost vibrating the ear drums
- Lack of value even for economy class especially with seat design and space. Bit of a ripoff in pricing

Wamos needs to do better. Give them more funding to make their airlines more enjoyable to travel with. I will not choose wamos on my next air travel. If my airlines chooses wamos as an alternative I will refund that ticket and choose something else.

PAL also needs to do better for choosing this airlines. I know they used to provide exceptional quality air travel experience. This ain't it.

Wamos Air - Philippine Airlines Business Class

Flew on Wamos Air from SYD-MNL (09.12.2024 - EC-NCK) and MNL-SYD (07.01.2025 - EC-NUI) in Business class.

The seats were spacious but the flight to Manila had more space for your personal items in the seat. The ammenities kit is good quality and had pretty much the usual items.

Food was served quickly with PH crew on one side and Wamos crew on the other side (I was served by PH crew both flights). There was always 3 options for the main meal and they asked what you wanted plus your drink before taking off as we are served not long after taking off.

They always made sure you had everything you need. From MNL-SYD the toilet at times had a queue and instead of waiting around, they would tell you to come back to your seat and when it was ready they would call you. The bathroom was always clean.

Great service with both PH and Wamos crew working together well!

Flew with PAL using Wamos aircraft…

Flew Melbourne to Manila on Wamos Air EC-NUI A 330 -243 seating layout was shocking very little space between seats couldnt fold out tray table ended up dropping my tray. On my return aircraft EC-NCK was so much different plenty of space .Less comfort on Wamos than PAL

return flight Cancun to Bhx 11th Decenber,# as soon as we received email from tui saying change of carrier to Wamos air, i googled them NOT GOOD.
As stated previous reviews cramped food and refreshments atrocious. No prmeirer seating ok but on a 10 hour flight, but you had more leg room standard going out than on return Wamos first flight i have been on with no personal air above your head, terrible 10 hour flight, at one point i thought there was goin to be blows.
Average age of Wamos air planes 15.7 years, average age Tui 9.7 years , Bad end to a lovely holiday .

Pleasantly surprised…

We received a notification shortly before our long haul flight to Washington that the we would be flying with Wamos Air. Having looked at the flight exceed it left me quite worried especially travelling with kids I thought it was going to be awful after reading the reviews. I have to say we were all pleasantly surprised. The crew were friendly I wouldn’t say it was anything special but they were good enough. The aircraft was clean and spacious, the in flight entertainment wasn’t great but it did the job for the flight. The food was decent. It wasn’t a majorly packed flight so we had a few empty seats and the crew didn’t disturb us when we stretched out. Overall it was a good flight.

Literally the worst airline ever

Literally the worst airline ever.

Short haul plane foe long haul flight. Staff were rude. Seatbelt sign on most of the flight while staff chilled in their VIP area. No medical assistance offered. Literally avoid at all costs!
Supposed to be a TUI flight so bear in mind. Not the first time they've done this

Flew back with Wamos from Cancun as our Tui flight had been cancelled Horrific Airline Seats are to small very cramped Food was Awful & the staff were rude & ignorant No Duty free on the flight
Will never ever fly with this airline

avoid this airline even if they offer 1€ flights

I have flew from Madrid to Panama with them, I have never saw in my life such rude and ignorant behavior from crew members, seems like someone told them the more rude you are you will get commission. First of all we paid 320 € round trip only gor seats to get extra larg leg room since it was 11 hour flight, not only they changed our seats and place us middle seats and we suffer 11 hours they were so rude, they said this is what it is. they didn't refund us, the whole 11 hour they didn't clean the toilets. they were super rude to passengers. I asked once where can I trash my garbage the flight attendant shouted for no reason and said there is no place for garbage. When they were with the trolley intentionally they will push passengers to go away instead of asking them. and they same experience on the return flight. Never ever fly with them

Madrid-Uruguay

Locura total!!!
Salimos con mucho retraso porque no tenían personal competente, muchos pasajeros de pies , equipajes sin colocar, un caos.
Hasta que llegó una empleada de iberia ( ya que el vuelo era de iberia y nos colocarán esta compañia, lo denunciaremos también).y lo solucionó,,menu ...imposible de comer,
Espero no volver a volar con esta compañía.

Avoid this company at any cost

Avoid this company at any cost. We had the unpleasant surprise to be contracted by Air Europa on the flight Madrid-Havana and back and these were the worst flights of my life. Ancient plane, food only once in 9 hours and afterwards I started to scratch from the food and the monitors didn’t work for 9 hours. Never again Air Europa or Wamos Air.

Philippine Airline (PAL) is wet leasing…

Philippine Airline (PAL) is wet leasing Planes from a Spanish company called “Wamos” using an Airbus A332, The routes are Manila - Sydney, Manila – Melbourne and vis versa. Inflight service is Not as good as PAL. They also do not serve children first which always did! As for the seat's are exceptionally uncomfortable and did not have enough padding on the seat base, but better then Cebu Pacific. Also to note is the seat reclining information is printed on the seat is back the front! Showing the leaver to be under the seat on the LEFT side, But it is located on the RIGHT SIDE OF THE SEAT, Entertainment selection was appalling very dated and limited. Food was average, first service was ok with a limited of 2 selections & the 2nd service Breakfast, was this crap bread bun with mashed corn beef in it. Cabin crew had some PAL attendants, but the Spanish attendants often did the PA announcements in very POOR ENGLISH, it was not easy if at all to understandable.
I have been with PAL for about 10yrs now, and know what to expect, good service, food and seats etc. From my 2 flights from SYD-MNL & MNL-SYD with WAMOS, it is indeed not up to the stand I had come to expect form Philippine Airline (PAL). I need a uncomfortable seat as I have a bad back and I am a senior hence I end up with a sore back after these flights.
I have been informed that PAL has now extend the contract with WAMOS to January 2025. I also was informed from an insider that PAL has been struggling with competition from Cebu Pacific Air. Thus they are using this Wamos. This could affect their reputation !!

Booked Philippine Air but had Wamos…

Booked Philippine Air but had Wamos from Manila to Melbourne. Worst flight of my life. Seats were so small as was torture for 8 hours. Plane was also very hot and no offer of water. Staff were very average and almost annoyed to help. Never again!

El peor vuelo de mi vida madrid -lima Compre pasaje en iberia business nos dimos con la sorpresa de encontrarnos con este avión nunca lo habia escuchado antes,el asiento business muy incómodo,la pantalla se prendia a veces ,se apagaba cuando quería,no habia wi fi ni musica,un solo baño en business chiquito y sucio, cuando prendía la luz de mi asiento se apagaba la pantalla,habia un ruido estable durante todo el vuelo 11 hrs no pude dormir ni un minuto un avión que se veia totalmente inseguro.
Me pareció una estafa de parte de iberia
Nunca mas viajare por iberia
Me siento estafada
