Good value

I had a great trip from Sydney to Manila.The ride was smooth from start to finish.There were adequate meals allocated,the service was amazing and the temperature of air con was just right.i would not hesitate to fly with Philippine Airlines-Wamos again

Vamos Air als Ersatzmaschine

Unser Condor Flug musste auf den nächsten Tag verschoben werden. Der Ersatzflug wurde von Vamos Air durchgeführt. Es ist alles reibungslos verlaufen. Freundliche Besatzung, Flieger sauber und wir waren nach den neuen Flugzeiten fast pünktlich. Es gab sogar Wasser und Snacks, was es bei Condor selbst nicht gegeben hätte.

One of the worst flights I can remember…

One of the worst flights I can remember coming back to Melbourne from Manila. The flight was full and it felt like the AC was off the whole time. The attendants barely attend. You will be waiting around ten minutes for someone to respond.

Did Melbourne- Manila worst trip ever

Did Melbourne - Manila return with Wamos. The worst seats ever on a plane. A domestic plane put on an international route. Philippines airline you have lost my business until you give this airline the boot !!!!

Wamos to philipp

We flew 17/7/24 syd to mnl on Philippines airlines using wamos aircraft and crew. Took off on time, landed on. Smooth flight and super smooth landing. I’m 6ft and had plenty of room in the cattle class seats. I would recommend Wamos based on my experience

Do not proceed if you're flying with Wamos Air!

The Philippine flag carrier had Wamos Air on wet lease to fly their Australian routes (SYD, MEL), which was the WORST journey I have ever made to date. The seats were horribly small and tight that my knees (I'm 170 cm tall) were touching the front seat. If your seatmate is a bit wide, their whole bulk will be spilling on you. My mother, who is quite petite, suffered a bruise on her hip due to the small seats!

The tray table, when unfolded, hits my gut and makes it extremely uncomfortable during meal service. It was hell to get my personal item under the seat in front of me too; you pray to the gods that the person in front does not move their elbow back or else it smashes in your face. No AC to adjust the air flow, so you're stuck either being hot or being cold. Inflight entertainment is non-existent: only 30 shows loaded on that 10.1" screen, and even the cast names to the movies are wrong!

The flight attendants are not at the least attendant; they make you wait ages before they respond to your request. Oh, and they took their sweet time to take the meal trays back so you're stuck in that hellhole. The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. THIS WAS ON AN EIGHT HOUR FLIGHT.

If you see your flight being operated by Wamos Air, ask for a refund and run as far away as possible!

Worst flight ever In my life Melbourne to Manila 2 hours late and flight attendants well I’m sure there not human the most arrogant rude unprofessional unhelpful disrespectful disgusting scums I have ever seen absolutely disgusting. Don’t fly with them trust me find another flight don’t fly with WAMOS 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I wanted to fly packed in like…

If I wanted to fly packed in like sardines I would have flown cebu pacific. The seats are narrow and cramped caused by having a 9 across layout as compared to the Philippine Airlines flight that was 8 across. Inflight entertainment was limited to old movies approximately 35 no music available So it looks like back to Qantas if Philippine Airlines keeps using Wamos

Flight to Melbourne from Manila …

Flight to Melbourne to manila was Very ordinary flight. Women Crew should not be talking on Spanish language and loud that’s is absolutely rude especially most of the passengers are from other countries. One Chinese crew was collecting the trash and one plastic cup was full of water she went to toilet and put it in the sink camed back not even washing her hands. One of the women crew always makes face and not letting others to use the upper cabin coz all her stuff are there. Every time she goes to toilet she makes face. I think they should serve like Philippine airlines crews always helping, smiling and ready to give helping hand.

Absolutely the worst airline

Absolutely the worst airline. Chartered thru Philippines Airline both ways from Melbourne to Manilla. 2 hours late on way with no explanation or apology and 1 hour late returning waiting for 4 passengers on a connecting flight. No customer service. No water. Crap all around

Estuve volando desde Madrid Santo Domingo con Wamos air todo perfecto el personal muy amable todo son espectaculares muy bonita las experiencias nunca es tomado un vuelo con tan agradable personal gracias Wamos air.

Mal Wamos y mal AirEuropa

Malísima experiencia con esta aerolínea. Peor que RyanAir... Para un vuelo transatlántico te ponen un avión que no cabes casi en el sitio. Muy mal por parte de AirEuropa cambiarnos a la aerolínea Wamos sin bajarnos el precio inicial, que era para ir en AirEuropa.

Si puedes elegir, no elijas AirEuropa ni Wamos.

Very ordinary flight

Very ordinary flight. Nothing against the staff, they were nice. But the seats are old and uncomfortable. Food ordinary . To get a drink near on impossible, and when you get it it it's in a tiny, flimsy plastic cup.
Air New Zealand customers are getting ripped off by Air New Zealand using this charter plane.

Enjoyable journey with Wamos airline

I can honestly say i enjoyed my flight from auckland to Perth with Wamos airline. The plane was full however the staff were lovely, very pleasant and helpful. The food was plentiful with main meal after takeoff was a choice of 2 mains which included several side dishes, maybe not all to everyones taste but enough options to be satisfied. I enjoyed a lovely chicken dish with creamy sauce that had lots of beans and carrots, a bread roll, spread and cheese as well, also a small tub of quioa salad. Dessert was a soft mousse? type dish and lovely. The cup of tea was perfect temperature not lukewarm. A pre arrival meal was a bread type roll with meaty filling..? Lamb, onion and slightly spicey? Maybe not everyones taste and as i was trying to avoid spicey i only ate some of it. A cake type slice and a pot of chopped up fresh fruit on the side. Alcohol was offered for refills and some passengers even went to galley to get a topup. Seats and leg room in economy a bit restrictive but ok. Pillow and blanket available. Choice of entertainmant on screen was fine and plenty of options. Toilets were always clean and i used them about 6 times during flight. Water was offered. Flight was smooth and embarking and disembarking was very organised. Thankyou Wamos for an enjoyable journey.

My first flight with Wamos wasn’t to…

My first flight with Wamos wasn’t to bad but when I flew home, it wasn’t very pleasant. The entertainment was good but I only watched 2 movies on a 7 hour flight, however I wish there was more options. The food was 4/10 as the side dish’s are bad. When I asked a staff member whose drink options they had, they chuckled and said ‘soft drinks and stuff’ and didn’t explain what the options were. Later on in the flight I kindly asked for a bread roll as I was hungry and the lady said no so my friend and I asked another flight attendant and they had the same answer. The first flight attendant we asks then returned to us and said why did you ask that other lady and we said because we were unsure if there was bread or not and she said don’t do it again very rudely. 15 minutes later we call for assistance and we didn’t have anyone for 10-15 minutes. The lady next to us called the crew and the rude lady came straight away and saw us but ignored us. Another lady came to help us and mentioned that there were snacks as well even though we only asked for water which was very nice. Later on 3 of my friends come and talk to us but as we were at the back of the plane they could stand behind our chairs and not block the walk way. However one lady came up to us and said ‘there isn’t 5 air masks here’ very rudley and in a judging way. I felt as if she just wanted to have a dig at us as many people were lining up for the toilet in areas where there were no access to masks either. Overall I think some staff were very rude and I disliked there attitude towards my friend and I. I don’t think I will be going back on their any time soon. However to those few kind crew member they deserve a whole star.

Booking Details: Flight NZ175 14:20hrs 10.2.24 from Auckland to Perth.

We received appalling inflight service by the Wamos Air crew on the above flight. Our flight was changed from an Air New Zealand flight to Wamos Air in October 2023, Air New Zealand state that where ever your destination, you can expect the same great, uniquely Kiwi experience onboard, blending hospitality with world-class service. Well if you fly with Wamos Air that is not the case. My husband and I have never experienced such appalling inflight service. The air crew were inattentive, forgot several requests for drinks and didn’t service tea or coffee after the inflight meal. They seemed to be more interested in talking to each other, than serving passengers. I actually felt quite dehydrated through lack of water and had to help myself to the water because there was nobody around.
