Wanderful Holidays did a great job keeping us informed about our daily activities, providing updated forms and documents - tickets to excursions and train rides, as well as the names and arrival times of people providing transfers. Everything went very smoothly. We even added a last minute excursion during our trip - to Pompeii - and the team worked diligently to include that package and all related travel. We were thrilled!

Francesca was an amazing guide! Had a fantastic time in Florence plus a delicious lunch! She had all the answers to our questions and was very informative! Loved her easy going sense of humor and politeness!

First off the tour we were in, 10 cities in Spain in 10 days, was advertised as having a maximum group size of 10. Yet for 70-75% of the time there were at least 20 people in the tour. One time there were around 30. I paid almost $5200 for 2 people for this tour, specifically choosing this because of the advertised group size. I complained and requested their help many times while on the tour. Their constant reply was that the max of 10 was how many seats they were allocated. This response they parroted several times. Nothing of this allocation was mentioned in their advertising. They even tried to pass the advertised group size as a technical error. Not only that but within a few days of my complaint and demand for compensation, they changed the website description of this tour to state the maximum group size is 35. Obviously they recognized their error. They tried to offer me an option to leave the tour without giving me any details if I left. Most of their responses were simple deflection or delay tactics. I have a complete record of their responses.
There were issues relating to pickup times, grossly insufficient times to get a bit to eat between events (15 minutes one time). Their response was to nitpick over the minutiae while avoiding their false advertising. In the end, they refused any sort of refund and only compensated us by giving us a measly credit for a future tour. I wouldn’t use them if they were the last tour company in the world. Just sick and tired of their constant diversion from the real issue of the group size. I book this because we were on a tour with 25 people and found the attention was insufficient to warrant a large fee. Had Wanderful Holidays actually compensated rather than giving me a coupon, I might have reconsidered making this review.

Our tour guide was very informative, he explained everything very well, we felt very comfortable with him and was always very polite, we were very glad we had him as our tour guide

The team managed an extensive tour itinerary really well. They were prompt, attentive and responded to our requests at all times. We had a party of 7 and many details in the itinerary including flights, special needs like wheelchairs, safari rides, guided tours, sea cruises, etc. The team executed everything well! The local guides in particular were wonderful. For the future, I would recommend 2 improvements - 1. make the duration longer by a couple of days. The itinerary was packed with activities each day and a 1or 2-day downtime would have been good. 2. The weather in Cape Town was terrible. It rains a lot in winter and is a known issue. We should have planned ahead for it.

Our team was absolutely amazing! Any time we needed anything they were on it right away! When my husband wasn't feeling well due to the heat, one text to our team later the tour we had scheduled for later that day was rescheduled to the next day so he could rest and recover!

The tours they scheduled for us we're fantastic and the accommodations were top notch. I highly recommend Wonderful Holidays to anyone looking for an excellent curated experience!

While no trip is without issues, we only experienced a couple minor hiccups which were of no fault our Wanderful and they were extremely receptive and responsive in assisting us. Additionally, they checked in numerous times throughout the trip and provided additional travel information and confirmations.

Great communication via WhatsApp. We upgraded to 4star hotels and were happy with locations and amenities. Had a hiccup with the Vatican tour that Wanderful worked hard to resolve but wasn't able to. Received a refund for the value and we were able to rebook something similar for the next day.

Wanderful did an incredible job planning our 9-day vacation to Greece! Our group consisted of 5 adults and there was some complexities and various changes requested, but each time Wanderful accommodated us and prioritized an optimal experience. Special thanks to Hannah and Alberto who are both amazing!

Overall, it was a great trip! We didn’t know that we would not be with a big group of people doing the same things. I was very individualized. My daughter and I had an amazing time. I am very glad you added on Athens. Highly recommend this trip!

Denise was our tour guide. She was absolutely incredible. She was so sweet and kind to our family. It felt like we were long time friends and she was showing us her beautiful home. We would have never experienced Venice this way, without her help.

South American Landscapes - Argentina & Chile: We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and it was, in general, well coordinated with information provided each day confirming the next day's transfers and local tours. The local guides for each leg were very friendly and informative. Each of the major stops involved one free day. We utilised this effectively in Buenos Aires to spend a day in an area not visited (Palmero district) as part of the organised day tour. We didn't have much to do on the free days in El Calafate and Puerto Natales and felt the tour could have run a couple of days shorter by cutting out those two days. When making the bus trip from El Calafate (Argentina) to Puerto Natales (Chile), we were required to complete online forms in quick time at the bus stop, which was a bit stressful and would recommend having been advised of these requirements the previous evening. Also, a couple of the accommodations did not include our required bedding requirements. But overall it was a great tour and we saw some wonderful places.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was organised perfectly. Hotels were in great locations and transport to and from hotels was excellent. Communication through Whatsapp was great. We would like to mention that our local tourguide in Venice (Denise) was the best. All in all a fantastic holiday and we willl book withh Tourradar again.

We recently took a trip to Argentina and Brazil, planned by Wanderful Holidays. The drivers and guides that were scheduled for us were all amazing. Pick ups and transfers were seamless and comfortable. Private tours in Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Rio were perfect. Communication by email and WhatsApp was excellent. My only disappointment was the level of service and accommodations at the hotels that were selected. Our rooms (3 rooms for a family of 7) were on separate floors in the first and last hotels. The hotels were in the 3-4 star category, at most, and we planned for 5 star.

Holiday to Budapest-Vienna-Prague
WhatsApp communication was easy to use and Hannah & Rose Amanda sent daily reminders and responded to any queries in a friendly, timely fashion. More information as to where to go to meet taxis at the train stations would be the only improvement.
Great hotel choices easily walkable to the city centre. Prague hotel even offered free complimentary city pass and drink in a roof top bar of a sister hotel.
Both boat tours included in the tour were great but the underground tour in Prague was a waste of time - better to replace with a castle tour.

Great trip Venice, Rome, Santorini. The use of WhatsApp to stay connected working really well. I received frequent updates to know everything was set for our outings and numbers I could easily access if I had questions. It was like they were right there, without being right there. I would recommend if your looking to be on your own for your trip, but receiving all the help you need.

Our customized Italy & Greece trip was amazing!! Wanderful Holidays factored in every one of our requests into the planning and all of the accommodations and tours were top notch! They arranged all of the transportation between our stops and everything went seamlessly. My partner and I booked with Wanderful Holidays for our first trip to Italy! We did Venice- Rome- Almafi Coast.
We had an incredible time. Wanderful Holidays went above and beyond for us this trip. All the travelling was well planned with reminders the day before and any questions Wanderful would get back to us immediately on WhatsApp.
I made a mistake thinking that the hotel transfer was included from Naples train station to Almafi Coast, my partner and I were panicking the night before looking into public transport which would have taken another 3 hours (train, bus and ferry). Wanderful holidays searched high and low for a reputable transfer as their usual company were fully booked, by the time we woke up in the morning it was all sorted and the transfer was waiting for us at the train station.
My partner and Wanderful were also in contact 2 weeks prior to our holiday as my partner wanted to organise a treat for my birthday on the last day of our trip, to my complete surprise Wanderful gifted me with beautiful roses, Prosecco and a personalised cake brought up to our hotel room!
Overall I would 100% recommend Wanderful Holidays to anyone. We have had a lovely experience and made incredible memories on this trip.

I booked a trip to South America through Wanderful. Their reviews were the main reason I chose them, and the reviews were correct. They worked hard to ensure I was happy with the planning and holiday experience.

I sent in a number of questions after booking, and the gave prompt responses most every time. They don’t compete on price because they book higher quality tours and hotels. This generally leads to less surprises when on vacation, which is worth it.
The only minor improvement would be communication of some details (i.e. who/ how will the next event work). In summary, I would book another vacation with them since they are quite good and aim for high customer satisfaction.

The team at Wanderful and also Tourradar were excellent and efficient. They were quick to answer requests and questions in a constructive manner. The transfers were well worth it and the WhatsApp reminders of the next day's activities or train details made for an enjoyable, hassle-free trip. Excellent attention to detail. The hotels in Lisbon and Porto were 4-star rated, and the SANA Malhoa in Lisbon was particularly excellent. The Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club Hotel in Albufeira was not a 5-star hotel as it claimed, and some parts of the room needed updating. However, the view, location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. The tours provided, and our tour guides (Marco A, Bruno A, and Inez S), were informative and friendly.
