Buenos Aires - Iguazu Falls - Rio de Janeiro
Our trip with Wanderful Holidays was from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro. We left Switzerland 3 weeks before the booked trip and have been on a cruise without internet connections and without closer information about our trip. When we then arrived in Argentina we had all vouchers on Whatsapp and was available. It was great to receive reminders and confirmations a day before a transfer, flight or tour was planned. Once the transfer and tour were not going the way as informed before and was a short uncertainty but the contact via Whatsapp was fast and helpful and we got a free lunch then on the NP. And once we were waiting for a tour more than 2 hours as told us to be ready. Later it was a mistake from the hotel which did not get us the message they received about the delay. Even then we received an additional tour in the NP and it was not a fault from Wanderful Holidays. Really helpful and great team! Hotels have been on good locations and we are really satisfied with Wanderful Holidays. Great thanks to all in the team!

We travelled to Argentina and Brazil with this amazing company. Their attention to detail is amazing. We had a flight cancelled due to an election in Argentina and whilst this was an expensive experience when it became clear we were not going to fly to Brazil a hotel and alternative flights were organised quickly and the impact on our holiday was limited. They are always available to answer questions and concerns swiftly and in our best interests. Travel with confidence it has been my 50th birthday whilst away and I was surprised with a lovely massive birthday cake! Their attention to detail and communication are outstanding. You're in very safe and talented hands whilst away. I certainly will book with this company again.

Wanderful Holidays for our Next Trip!
Wanderful Holidays exceeded my expectations. They walked us through every step of the way even sending us reminders of upcoming tours and meeting points. If any arrangements changed they were quick to let us know of the new arrangement details. My husband and I unfortunately overslept (we were having so much fun the evening before) and we missed our tour the next morning. Not only did they find a quick tour replacement but they were able to get us a partial refund on the tour we missed, which they didn’t have to. Totally our own fault. The breakfasts were above what we expected. The hotels were beautiful and located in close proximity to main touristic attractions. The tours and guides were very knowledgeable and super fun! We had our dream vacation to Italy and will use Wanderful Holidays on our RETURN TRIP! We are extremely satisfied with Wanderful Holidays and will recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you Wendy, Alberto, Sam, Amanda and the rest of the group for everything!! We are super grateful!

Switzerland and Italy Amazing Vacation
We had an amazing trip to Switzerland and Italy!! I am so glad that we chose WANDERFUL Holidays!! The Team was so helpful and it was so reassuring to know that we could ask a question and have help at any time. We decided to change an overnight stay and train in the middle of our trip and it was immediately handled without us even having to make a call. Great Bewitching Greece experience
Wanderful Holidays offered a very good vacation package to Greece. The accommodations were awesome. Great locations and very unique. We stayed in Athens, Santorini and Crete.
There was good communication for all our transfers and excursions.
I would highly recommend this tour company. I will be using them again in the future!

Great Service Overall
Our first trip overseas was anything but smooth, but Wanderful Holidays was always on top of things to get our trip back on track. Responses were always within a reasonable time even with the different time zones. They take any incident seriously and work to give you the best vacation they can. If you are looking for a company to use on any trip I would highly recommend this one.

Our trip was a vacation of a lifetime. It was so nice to have everything taken care of for us. We had a few little hiccups but nothing major that had any impact on our trip. We had immediate response to any issues or questions in addition to follow up on the outcome.
I won’t hesitate to use them again to use them again for another trip. They booked excursions for us that gave us a terrific experience of Greece.

Italy anniversary trip
The planning process was detailed and personal. We took a standard tour package and made it our own. Having someone available to help while we were in Italy was a luxury. The accommodations were great, as was the transportation. They even refunded our Pompeii trip when my wife was sick that day. That was a classy touch they did not have to do. Great thing they have going!

Great team and an enjoyable trip!
The team - Amanda, Wendy, Alberto and Sam have done a great job supporting our 2-week vacation visiting Switzerland and Italy. They are very responsive to our inquiries and always do their best to accommodate last min changes e.g arranged last min transfer from Lugano instead Como when our train schedule got changed by the train company. All the tours arranged for us are of good quality, very friendly and courteous staffs. We enjoyed our trip and had lots of fond memories! Thank you so much!!

Very easy company to deal with
Very easy company to deal with. They followed up almost every day asking how things were going. They even reimbursed me for an excursion we couldn't make even though it was a non refundable excursions.

Attentive, responsive, highly recommend!
Wanderful Holidays exceeded my expectations. They met every single need of every person on the tour and responded in a timely manner. I had some unforeseen events with my flight. Not only did they accomodate the new changes and found quick solutions but they were able to stay in communication with me throughout the entire ordeal which made me feel secure and less anxious. The hotels were located in the coolest neighborhoods close to main touristic attractions. The guides were beyond great, every single one of them. They were very knowledgeable and super fun! Personalized holiday experience
From start to finish Wanderful Holidays were extremely helpful and tentative. Wanderful holidays answered all our questions quickly and ensured all our needs were met when planning our trip. The hotels they selected for us were perfect as they were on the upper side of hotels ratings. The tours were also well planned and the meeting points were easy to find. The overall logistics of the hotels, tours, transfers, and communication excelled expectations, as there was always someone from Wanderful checking-in and ensuring we made it to our tours and transfers. Firstly I will absolutely book with them again. Daily check-ins and confirmations of drivers coming and where to be etc were beyond expectations. They made a custom trip and found the best value hotels in every city and supported our independent trip amazingly. Guides and transfers were great and any time I had a question they answered within minutes! Highly recommended.

10 days in Italy
We are so happy to have made the decision to book with Wanderful Holidays. The trip planed was the perfect amount of tours to see the sights and free time to explore. We stayed in 4 amazing hotels and visited 13 cities! Erica and team planned the perfect trip for us and stayed in constant contact confirming our tours and providing directions. So happy we didn’t try to do this on our own - Italy is busy and having pre booked / skip the line tours made all the difference. The carefully selected hotels were all within walking distance to restaurants and sites without being in the busiest parts of town. We loved taking the high speed trains. They are also very appreciative of feedback and continued learning for future guests. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommended!

Wonderful Greek holiday with my daughter
Erica and the team at Wanderful Holidays were amazing from the 1st moment of contact. They were responsive and helpful throughout the planning process.
They created a WhatsApp group for communications throughout our travels which I found extremely comforting. Our accommodations were great and the private transfers were always on time and top notch.

First Trip after 20 Years
We are from NZ and we hadnt travelled long distance for over 20 years so this was my first time booking things myself and online. I found the communication with Wanderful Holidays LLC to be simply amazing right from answering my initial questions to checking in with us at every milestone throughout our trip (they even knew our transfer was running late in real time!). We highly recommend them if you are after confidence in doing a balance between self directed traveling and help in securing accommodation / getting to the next destination
