I want the reader to know I would give 4/5 stars only because I think the website might have benefitted from an update before I saw it. These things do happen, and it all worked out just fine. When my order was changed, it was because the item I wanted turned out unavailable. And in that alert, customer service (CS) offered an alternate product. With a little back and forth, I accepted the alternate with their guarantee of a return shipping envelope should I not want the delivered product. All these interactions were by humans, so high marks for that. Immediate substitution offer: high marks. Satisfaction offer: high marks. Absent my wagging finger for not updating their site (it's gotta be a big catalog, folks), I offer 5/5 for this experience.

I was unsure to order from warehouse overstock.com, because I read reviews of them cancelling orders but wouldn’t you want them to cancel order if they do not have the item. I took a chance on ordering a unicorn waterbaby doll & it arrived just in time for granddaughters birthday. They tell you it will take time to process payment then email you when shipped. I even emailed them to make sure it would arrive on time & they responded. And it arrived & she will love it! Thank you

I ordered twice and my orders were canceled with no explanation. When I asked why I never received a reply.

Why is it so hard to pull items off your shopping page? If you do not have them in stock? Who is running your office operations to where they can’t simply delete the listing when you sell out of a product that way your customer doesn’t have money held up while you may or may not have the product to fulfill their order. Bad business practice You could tell by your catastrophic prices on stuff.

Scam, to garner personal information from victim buyers...including credit/debit card info. Folks, watch your purchase statements carefully if you gave them your name/address/phone number/email address/ credit or debit card info...especially longterm as they may wait until you forget about them. Watch even or small charges that add up over time.

HUGE SCAM! I bought a case of a product and got 1 out of 12; but charged for the case. Then i checked other items which had a good price for a case, but outrages for 1 item. Besides money, you'll loose time waiting for a reply email because there is no number to call! STAY AWAY - BUYER BEWARE!

Well I just try to order something for my brother my card caught that scam it wasn't the right people so just have find somewhere else.

This site is a scam. They wait till they get the money from your credit card before shipping product. If you do receive a shipment it will NOT be what you expected. They never answered any emails. Do Not believe the 5 stars the BOTS are leaving.

Definite scam.
Got email saying my order didn't complete and offering 20% off to complete it. I completed and paid.
I found that both charges were recorded.
The only thing I got was an email with a DHL tracking number that DHL didn't recognize.
Oh--and a dozen more emails (from odd addresses like kexuanmink.xyz, xinwushop.xyz, cangjinmok.xyz) asking me to complete my purchase -- i.e., pay again!

In reading the other 1-star reviews, I feel like my experience with this company is not unusual at all. I placed an order, I saw the pending charge on my credit card, then the order was canceled a day later for no reason. I tried to contact them by email - no response from the company. I placed the order again a week later. The SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. The charge showed up as a pending charge, then I received a cancelation email, then the charge disappeared. Seems like a total scam.

Ordered an item on 2/16/25. First Red Flag - no email confirmation received. Several days later, received an email stating item was shipped and "no tracking number assigned to this order yet.”
Red flag#2 - Tracking link did not work. I wait about 15 days for the item to arrive before contacting this company (I’m a patient person), to be told that it had arrived on the 19th of February. I was told to go knock on my neighbors' doors and see if anyone got my package. Is this a joke? I have no proof at this point that they even shipped it. When I asked why I have not received any tracking info or proof it was delivered, I was told that "sometimes AOL blocks email." Oh...sure! Blame everyone but yourselves. I was told that they will do an investigation.

The next day, I was sent a photo of the package on a doorstep, adamantly stating that the package was delivered to me. I replied with a photo of my front step and explained that the package was not delivered to my house. Again, another investigation.

The next day, I receive an address and a google image of a neighbor's house with a hand drawn red circle around it, telling me that this is the house it was delivered to and to go ask my neighbor for the package. That neighbor was not home, and is hardly ever home, so I left a note on his door. At this point, it has been 3-weeks since it was delivered. I needed this item to complete a time sensitive project that was to be completed last weekend. I could not wait any longer for the neighbor to get home, so I went with something else, and told them so.

Two days later… Apparently the neighbor is back, because I found the item in my door this morning, without the shipping box that in the photo had AMAZON PRIME tape on it. However, the item is still in its original packaging. In a follow up email, I took a photo of the item, still in its original packaging and sent it to Warehouseoverstock, explaining that I no longer needed the item and that I wanted a full refund, being that it was their shipping company – a company I never heard of called AFTERSHIP that delivered it to the wrong address. And, that they did not send me proof of delivery until AFTER I contacted them over two weeks later.

They responded by telling me that they can't resell the item (what! - the package the item is wrapped in was never opened!), and that there is a 20% restocking fee (remember, this was THEIR fault, and they held me up from a work project that had to be completed by March 8th!), and that I was responsible for return shipping. This is extremely poor business practices, and will surely warrant them only one-time clients. SCAMMERS!!!

They sent the wrong item and will not sent the correct item or accept the return of the wrong item THEY sent without me having to pay all the return shipping, restocking charges for a mistake THEY made!

I'm disappointed with my experience with
Warehouses Overstock.com. My order was canceled without explanation, yet I still have a pending charge on my credit card. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email for clarification, I've received no response. I've reported this issue to AMEX, alerting them to the company's lack of response and questionable activities.

Ordered a product, shampoo, my debit payment was slated to pay (Light Sales aka warwhousesoverstock.com). But they did not collect the money, and cancelled my order. tried to contact them by email, no answer, my bank was able to give me their number...no answer, no return call. then the sent me a coupon 10% off so I reordered, then I found this page and decided to cancel my debit card. the amount for shampoo is slated for the amount but if it is a scam the card is useless now.

Like so many other reviews about this company they are obviously a scam. They canceled my order with no explanation, and they do not respond to questions sent to them. Do not order from this company.

I paid for an item but did not receive it, no way of getting a refund; warehouse physical address not listed; no phone number; apparently they process payments, but do not deliver the product; looks a little shady not providing any contact information.
