Cancelled my order when i inquired about shipping date.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. ITS A SCAM. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND CALLED NO ANSWER BUT I GOT AN RMAIL SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED AND THEY SENT ME TO A WEBSITE THAT WAS FOREIGN. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN’T GIVE 0

Most likely a scam site. Entered an order twice, and they twice simply canceled the order after a few days of sitting in pending. No explanation, nothing. I think they are just out there to get to your credit card info.

i ordered an item 2 x and they keep canceling the order. the give no explination why it was canceled very secritive why it is canceled. just that it is canceled maby they are just trying to steal credit card number

My 1st and last time ever buying from this company. They scammed me out of $100 foe a 3.4 oz. Bottle of perfume and sent me a 1 oz. Bottle. Wouldn't give me a refund and they have the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a Christmas gift through this website and it cleared. Now nearing Christmas I receive an email indicating my "order status" had changed to "Cancelled".
I used the "contact us" and left an email asking why and if I could get this order completed another way and I never heard anything back.
I have left 3 messages through the so called "contact us" and NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I feel this is a scam and if not...it sure doesn't know how to run a reputable company.

Scammers! I ordered kalba mushroom coffee that was listed on Google search from these scammers for 100oz on a discount from $80 to about $40, and showed my girlfriend to confirm. I received a 10oz size which is worth $12 anywhere else in the mail and looked back on Google as that was taken down.

I have placed two identical orders for items and they have both been cancelled with no reason. I’m beginning to think it’s not a real company.

The product initially was delayed in getting to me. I got a quick response from their customer service people, and it was shipped overnight to me. The product is great, as described on their website.

Buyer beware when considering some products from Warehouses Overstock. Products are marked up 2-3x actual retail cost, and then reduced to what appears to be a reasonable cost, however in the case of Erno Laszlo skincare, the sale price is still +2x the retail cost. I was shopping for moisturizer, and got a pop up from the browser saying the same product is available at Warehouses Overstock for half the price. So I clicked, saw the original price was 158.00 which is the same retail price as the full size 1.5oz size, so I clicked and purchased without reading details (my bad, I know). I paid 80.00, and when I got the product it was the travel size .5oz, which retails at the manufacturer site for 49.00... the product seems legit, and I didn't return it because this is a lesson learned for me. Looking at the site again I notice that they are selling promotional free samples and all their Erno Laszlo products are 'originally priced' significantly higher than retail, and their 'overstock' price is still up to 2-3x the cost of the actual retail product. if you read the fine print, you realize you are not getting a good deal, but when moving quickly or someone who isn't as savvy about researching actual product costs are at risk of being taken advantage of and paying way more than the product retail cost.
