Excellent service, speedy delivery
I was advised to make my purchase through this company as there are a lot of sellers with fake products. Great advice, as I found what I needed at a great price and received the item quickly. I was really impressed with the courtesy email from Brendan giving details of where to go for any help and also their social media details which I was pleased to see is well worth following for news and offers. Will definitely use again.

Great service, thanks for the prompt and personal response
Just a quick response, I had reservations about using this website but they had good prices and had availability for a GW item I was struggling to source elsewhere. I had no need to worry, next working day had an email offering personal support if there was an issue. 48 hours later parcel is here with everything ordered in perfect condition, items all appropriately packaged. No need to contact Brendan other than to say thanks. Highly recommend

Amazing! As a first time user, I'm deeply impressed by their service!
I came across this website during Black Friday and I was a little bit worried that a PC repair shop was selling Hobby/Miniature related items.
I fought my initial mistrust and placed and order.
I was positively impressed by the excellent order update e-mails (order confirmation, shipping update, delivery updates) as well as perfect packaging and fast delivery. A hand written note in the invoice + a bag of sweets was a cute touch as well.
I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again in the future!!

I have bought a couple of things so far and every time they come precisely as ordered and on time. They are dispatched quickly and via a safe method of delivery.
