Was this due to ordering just before the weekend so we didn't dispatch until Monday, or waiting for us to get products in? Great discount's but the service is even better.
I've made 2 order's and you get messages from both the company and Royal mail as to when your order will be delivered. To withing a 4 hour slot.
I received an email thanking me for placing my second order....
As a small businessman myself {retired} I really appreciate the personal service. It reminded me of how great the difference is between the USA & UK when it come's to that sort of personal touch.
We don't get it nearly enough here in the UK.
