They fitted a boiler ok fine didnt refit skirting after plastering didnt remove rubbish wasnt going to refit skirting didnt cut out air brick ruined new blinds and told me its customers responsibility. And i thought cowboys died out yrs ago plasterers ok though warma just after a quick buck they did refit skirting and pick up rubbish eventualy but not till complaining and writing this review not sure if they would of bothered otherwise still no response from the cowboys maybe it solicitor time soon
The company were prompt in their surveying and application. The contractors Vinnie Edwards and Mike Gormley are locally based and have a great understanding of working within older and slightly quirkier properties. They approached the work with sensitivity, always working along side the wishes of the landlord and tenant to undertake the work swiftly and competently. Always leaving the site at the end of the day in a tidy state.

Initially, I was hopeful that Warma would complete solar panels, heatpump and other things using a grant that I was hopeful to have from the UK Gov. After complying with Warmas request to send copies of personal documents I waited for a surveyor to come and survey my home. This happened in the middle of April. The surveyor although pleasant enough, was here for a very long time opening and closing lots of doors, windows, cupboards etc. In all, this took up best part of my day and was an inconvenience that I could have done without. Fast forward to x2 weeks ago, I heard nothing from Warma so sent x2 emails asking for an update or explanation of what was, could or wasn't going to happen after the survey. Nothing, not even a 'no' reply to my e mails. How unprofessional and very rude. I then decided e mail 'Kurt Yemm' for an update as it was he, that I'd sent all my personal details and documents to. Prior to this, he has always replied within about an hour to any e mails.Again, nothing no reply. Today, I found out Warma contact details and phoned. Kurt answered. I gave my address and asked why Warma had not replied to my e mails and why I had not heard anything. His answer? We didnt receive your e mails. I'm not buying that at all. Asking for an update, I'm told, that I may still qualify for some things but nothing that warma can do. I can accept this, but to just not let me know or even answer my e mails is downright rude, unprofessional and nasty. Please be very wary of them.

Installation was completed to timescales. Work undertaken with minimum disruption. Did have a problem with a system malfunction which took a months to resolve. New inverter eventually replaced. Overall a would recommend walmauk for this type of work.

However- I have today been reading other reviews of these Elnur Gabarron heaters , none of which are good, so I am wondering what future usage will reveal, have only had them on one night then a heatwave started!

Warma Driver Shocking. Disrespectful Dangerous could of caused 6 crashes as he was driving with no care and attention. Dashcam evidence to back up. I have the van reg but I’m hoping he will learn from this review that no job is worth driving so aggressive that you are causing other road users to emergency break x6.

Just have my heat pump and solar panels installed. Boys was working really hard, left everything clean and tidy and everything was absolutly for free. Will recommend Warma UK to everyone.

From my first contact the staff were exceedingly efficient and polite. The difference it has.made to my house is beyond my expectancy. Any problems.during installation and after the system was commissioned were dealt with very very efficiently and with great speed. I.have never dealt with an organisation that was as.efficient and polite as Warma

A warma installers van nearly rammed me off the road on the A47. God knows why!! Incredibly dangerous drivers. Rude and arrogant staff - avoid these people at all costs!
