How refreshing to receive service that far exceeds expectations. Tara is such an asset to this company. Someone who does what they say they’ll do. An item that was not covered by warranty, Tara dealt with the main dealer and recovered 100% of the cost. Mind blown!

I had a Nox sensor issue so I contacted the warranty Admin team. Tara who was my point of contact had guided me through the process which was very much appreciated.

The claims process was slightly complicated by me not being able to chase up the required documentation from the servicing department at the dealership.
I explained the situation to Tara at WAS and she was fantastic, she took over all the communication with Mercedes and chased them until the process was resolved.

Easy, helpful process
One phone call and I was given all the information I needed to use the warranty. Safe to say, we were pretty cynical, but it really couldn't have been easier. We chose to use a third party to complete the work. From the first phone call, to the work being completed and the money being reimbursed to our account was 4 days. Amazing
